If you love the Smoke Pit and you love hibachi, you’re going to love this place! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and the atmosphere is phenomenal! Fair pricing for amazing meals, if you walk out hungry then it’s your own fault! I will be recommending the Hibachi Pit to everyone I know!

Hibachi rice with chicken and shrimp and sweet& spicy sauce on the side. By itself, the chicken was good but the shrimp and rice needed some flavor. Very bland. I added the sauce all over and stirred it up real good and the meal came to life. For a hibachi spot the food preparation needs some work.

Love the crispy chicken my absolute fav can eat it all day with the sriracha mayo! Nate was an amazing server definitely would go back just for his service! Music choice is strange though considering the atmosphere 9.4 out of 10!

I typically have no issues at this establishment, and the food is great; however, I am really disappointed in the customer service I received today. I ordered through DoorDash for a pickup order but the drive thru was closed, so I was not able to pick up my order that way. My baby fell asleep on the way to the restaurant, so I called and asked if someone would be kind enough to make an exception and run my order outside to the curb. I explained my situation of my daughter sleeping and that I have whatever confirmation is needed. The to-go person told me they typically do not bring orders out because they have to confirm the orders at the counter. She then said she would have to ask the manager if they could bring the order out to me, and I told her I would park in the first parking spot. She calls me back to inform me that the manager said no and I have to come inside to pick up the order. After getting my child out of her car seat and walking into the restaurant, I see 5 or 6 servers/hosts standing at the front door chatting and doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant was not busy at all; it was very empty, and employees were just standing around talking to each other. I am confused as to why not one person could show a little compassion and walk my order out when it literally takes 30 seconds to do a pickup. I do pickup orders all the time there. Then when I went to the back counter to pick up my order, the to-go person did not even confirm on the app that it was my order; she only said my first name. I am very disappointed because since I moved to Kannapolis, this has been my go-to spot, but this experience was just very cold to me, and I am not by any means angry, just very disappointed, and I will not be a returning customer. Show some compassion to people, especially loyal customers.

Great yum yum as well as portions for the price. Just moved down this way and in search of great hibachi. Looking more to go lunch prices which would make me return more often but to me not knowing if they have lunch specials currently, they a Lil pricey for regular lunch spot.

Looked Good but wasn't good at all!!! Rice tasted like Pork. And Tofu was battered in seems like funnel cake batter. It was shockingly on the sweet side. Very Disappointed!!!

A really nice place with plenty of parking. The atmosphere is bright and charming. Our server was friendly and professional. We never ran out of drinks and the hibachi chicken with fried rice and hibachi vegetables were flavored so well that I didn’t want to use sauce. My husband and I agree that this may be the best hibachi food we’ve eaten.
