Not sure why they have low ratings. Tired them for the first time tonight. Great food, portions and service! Will definitely go back!

The atmosphere here is of joy and family! The owners of these restaurants are such good people. You can totally tell with the staff; they are so nice.now let's talk about the food. Two words ... COME HUNGRY! The portions are very large but the Fried Rice! Oh my! This has to be the best fried rice I've had. Just like the smoke pit, they know how to cook meat! Everything is perfectly seasoned and prepared. The steak! The shrimp! Perfect. The booth seating is low and it makes the tables kinda high; go for the high top tables. Also, they do not do take out, so don't call and ask for a to go; not happening. Great meal but always packed! Prepare to wait. Worth it.

It's good food and service but I don't think it as great as smoke pit. We went for a birthday party and had a large group and had to wait a while but were seated before our expected time.

THE BEST HIBACHI Wow, this meal was absolutely to die for. The rice was the best fried rice I've EVER had and I've been thinking about it since. The hibachi steak comes with a garlic butter (right?) you can build your own and they also have so many options to choose from. The apps and everything we ordered was delicious and 5 stars. I wish I lived closer but now I have to stop in anytime im in concord for sure.

I tried to do my first take out of order on Sunday March 24th at 4 o’clock. I get to the door and there is a handwritten sign that says NO TAKE OUT ORDERS. I drove 25 minutes to get my dinner for my family. This is unprofessional of a business that puts a sign up when we are told y’all do take out orders until 5 pm. I have been there multiple times to sit down. I have waited over 45 minutes not once but a couple of times. Hibachi management needs to determine if they are going to do take out or not. If you are unable to do take out put this on your Facebook and Website. Hibachi Pit has been opened long enough where their products and staff should be able to handle the volume you have now.

I was influenced by TikTok to give this place a try and the food was amazing! When my boyfriend and I got there the place was PACKED which is always a good sign. We both order the shrimp and chicken combo! I was actually impressed, it was very flavorful and the meats were tender! You can get half lo mein and half rice for your side which was cool! Our sever was so sweet and attentive, I don't think our cups got empty once lol! Will definitely be back!

Overall the atmosphere is great. Our waiter, Amanda was sweet and polite and very efficient. The chicken fried rice is a bit salty. The appetizer spring roll could use some improvements, they taste frozen and has excess water after frying and they're bit greasy. The price of the portions is great. The dipping sauces were amazing!! One thing that caught my eye through the window is seeing the cooks wearing greasy gloves and touching their cell phones. Very unsanitary. I hold a servsafe certificate and no that is a no no in the food industry.

Terrible customer service!! Waited over an hour to get sited!! We put our name on the list just to get skipped for more that 6 tablets ahead that got wait after us!! We went to tell the hostess just to get lough about!! We even told the “manager” We tried to explain her how long we been waiting!! Just for her to say!! Just how the list goes!! Our first time trying and never again!!

Food was terrible very salty and the rice had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Well at least we can make this off our list of places not to go for dinner

This is our first time here, I was surprised a hibachi restaurant was so close I the neighborhood. There was a good crowd of people here, that's a good sign of the quality of the food. There was a steady flow of in and out traffic here. The service was friendly and fast, the food ok but it still reminded me of fast food restaurants. I'll have to come here again to see how it vibes me, but a nice first impression.

Okay IMPRESSED!! I am a huge fan of The Smoke Pit, which is the iconic bbq restaurant and parent restaurant to Hibachi Pit. While these concepts are very different, they nail both! I had high expectations, and this meal checked all the boxes. We arrived a little before noon on a Saturday and this joint was poppin. They have a super convenient parking lot which was great. We had a party of 10 and were afraid we'd have to wait but they quickly got us a table ready and we were seated! Our waitress, Lydia, was absolutely elite. She was super bubbly and kind, she was efficient and quick throughout the meal. I never had those moments that often happen where I found myself needing her and she was nowhere to be found. She was on top of it with drinks, appetizers, food, sauces, checks and boxes, which is especially impressive with a large party. Everyone in our group takes food photos immensely serious and she struck up conversation about us taking the photos and asking about where we posted, she was just all around fabulous! We started off with the dynamite shrimp and the crab Rangoons as appetizers. One common theme here at Hibachi Pit is the portion sizes! The dynamite shrimp were their take on bang bang shrimp and it was great execution! Crispy shrimp, sweet and tangy sauce, just what you'd expect. The Rangoons were on point too, and there was a plentiful amount for sharing. The menu is huge and they have an assortment of hibachi combos, fried rice entrees, as well as more Asian specialities like General Tso's chicken, orange chicken, Korean pepper steak, and yakisoba. I decided on the steak fried rice as my entree, and first of all, I genuinely think this was a pound of rice. Delicious rice. It was fluffy and soft, loaded with eggs and veggies and topped with cooked to order steak! It was also served with an egg roll. I am a rice connoisseur, and this was simply divine. I did however want to try the noodles, so I got a side of those! They were delicious! Perfectly saucy, and that slight chewy al dente texture. Love them! I really like that with the hibachi plates you can get half and half noodles and rice so you get the best of both worlds. Lydia also came through with the white sauce and it was delicious! I sampled the orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp as well and it was great! Everyone really just loved this meal and experience. I can't wait to come back!!

Amazing experience all the way around. Wait was about 45 mins for a table. Service and food quality were great.

Food was bland did not taste like hibachi food. Chicken and steak very dry. Just not good. Will not go back.
