Great coffee. Great service. With places like this popping up hopefully Starbucks won't trick anyone else into thinking their coffee is good. I even had a little delicious espresso bean on top of my cup. It's not just a creative brand name this coffee hut is the real deal!

Yesterday my wife and I tried this coffee place for the first time. Due to lactose restrictions, she strictly has to drink nondairy. We have to do this for the sake of our infant who suffers stomach pains from breastfeeding when regular milk is introduce into the diet. We strictly told the lady taking our order oat milk. She even repeated it to us. However, we were given regular milk and did not realize till halfway through the drink. As a result our child has had a painful upset stomach as a reaction to the dairy. We understand mistakes happen but this was a costly one for us.

I visited today for the first time. The two ladies were friendly and swift. At 9:15 AM I was the only customer, so service was quick. I drink plain cold brew and theirs is weaker than I like, but it’s smooth. Pricing is on par with competition. I enjoyed the complimentary chocolate espresso bean. Health score is 99 ?

The coffee here is really good. Now it just sucks getting stuck behind people who order big orders. People if you have more than two orders, at any drive though, you need to walk up or go inside. Other than that, it’s amazing. 5 stars.

This was my first time here. The girl that took out order was so friendly. She recommended a drink for my 2 yr old which he loved by the way. I got the sausage with egg waffle sandwich. She recommended a drink for me which was amazing but I didn’t catch the name. But I totally recommend this place. Coffee was amazing, food was good and staff was GREAT! The perfect combination!!

We recently tried The Human Bean for the first time. We find the name odd, we'd never heard of them before but figured why not try them after reviewing the menu online.We tried a chewy bar, don't recall the name, it was just okay. It was given as a sample, we would not order it on our own after trying it.The iced Matcha was terrible. I love green tea, can drink it plain iced or hot, and matcha is usually good too, but not something I make at home usually. But this Matcha had a distinct FISHY flavor to it. I took a few sips and that was all I could manage. Dumped the rest.Another person with me ordered a Vanilla Mocha. They stated it was just okay, they wouldn't order it again and that you couldn't even taste the vanilla, just chocolate. They said the mocha cream at CF is way better and they'd rather have that.The two sided drive thru is a confusing layout for first timers.A person walking up to your car to take your order instead of a menu at pull up and a speaker was also frustrating. They got extremely close and it took away from being able to take a look at the menu quickly. It's good we had looked online prior.Customer service was nice. Everyone had a friendly attitude.We were told to download the app for rewards and we both did. We each have a free drink available and at some point will get the free drinks to give them another try, because it's free. Based on our first experience there, even though the customer service was great, we'll be sticking with ol' SBs when we get a treat.But you should at least download the app and give them a try. You might really enjoy their products.

Honestly I love their coffee. Boyfriend and I have been several times since opening up. Love the little coffee bean treat you get. Better than Starbucks and I hope you guys open up more in Charlotte!
Swung by "The Human Bean" today and asked if they had Tapioca Balls for their Matcha Teas & they didn't which was very disappointing. But I ordered anyway & got an Iced Matcha Latte w.Peach flavoring & Coconut Milk. It was so so but wasn't like WOW!!! I don't even remember tasting any peach ???? flavor honestly. So who knows, if I'll be back but it was worth a try. Now coffee lovers probably will have a totally different experience. But I'm strictly a tea &/or Matcha Green Tea girl, so I wasn't impressed. But give them a try for yourself. Enjoy
