This place is amazing the atmosphere, and the customer service is top notch. A bonus is the little chocolates and drinks are delicious and mouth watering. I live two hours away so I can’t make this place an everyday stop like my local shop, but every time I stop in concord I’ll be sure to stop here and you should too you won’t be disappointed.

Ice cream is awesome and massive cone servings! Gourmet chocolates and yummy treats and pastries offered daily.
Excellent service and it's always super clean. Great coffee and work space indoor and outdoor options.
Sap sucker (hot coffee with orange and maple) with oat milk is incredibly good!

We love this place, but Sunday we went to get ice cream and three ice cream buckets only had the dregs. Not sure why they had not been replaced. Two were flavors we wanted. Unfortunately we walked out.

Was in Concord for business and came across this gem. Lattes are a hit here and atmosphere/workers are upbeat and happy. Will be back next time I’m in Concord

The girl that works here was not welcoming at all. She just gave me my coffee in a plastic cup and said they don’t have washed cups. After I asked I want it in ceramic cup she just poured my latte in cup and she just called my name n left.

Was amazed on how good the coffee was here! Plenty of specialty options! They have a good variety of Blue Bell ice cream with creative twists on how to eat them. Shakes, cones, dishes, sundaes and cookie sandwiches. Place was packed when we went and they were friendly and expededient. Plenty of parking.

Went in yesterday for coffee and got the calico...it was amazing! Grabbed the tuxedo mocha to take home. The grab and go drinks are an amazing idea. I'll probably stock up weekly to make the morning easier!
