We stopped in last night and were directed upstairs by the hostess on the first floor. We waited at the host stand upstairs for several minutes before another employee yelled to the host that we were waiting. Apparently the host, I think his name is Ethan, was also the waiter.Ethan sat us down, brought menus and proceeded to act like we weren’t there for the remainder of our visit. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he was just busy since he was the only one up there, but there were only 2 other tables seated. After waiting for 10 minutes for him to even come take our drink order, we saw him replacing trash bags and cleaning up. That’s when we decided to leave. The other tables were served on, but we were completely ignored.I wish I could give them more stars, but we didn’t even get to try the pizza and we had the poor service experience.

They automatically put 18% gratuity on your check. It doesn’t matter how many people. Everybody gets charged that.

Parking: We had no problem finding parking.

If you're Italian, do NOT go to this place! The "pizza" here is GARBAGE.Very thin crust, super bland and ridiculously greasy! Not to mention, our waitress put pep/banana pepper so our first pie came out as a pepperoni and banana pepper combo pizza. We'd asked for half and half. The stairs are a pain to traverse and while a lot of the decorations were nice, they had a few superman logos. How tacky!I recommend Romano's or Christo's. Both have better pizza than this place.

The best waitress we have had in a long time her name was Hope. She was excellent attentive polite and just wonderful person to talk to. The pizza was just OK crust was a little over cooked but would definitely come back

We decided to dine in at the Pizza Loft. We ordered 2 personal pizzas and a side of cheese bread. The food tasted great! But, the price for everything was a little to high in my opinion. After tip we spent a little over $45 for personal pizzas. Don’t go if you are starving and want something quick. The service was slow, it took about 45min. I read other reviews that mention the same thing, so going in we knew it might be slow, which we didn’t mind. The servers were super nice and friendly.

The pizza here is absolutely AMAZING! We love the atmosphere, however the waiting staff in the pizza loft is pretty bad. No refills, don’t pay attention to you, and very non caring. We normally have to bring our cups up to the counter to get refills and I’ve almost walked behind the counter to get my own.If the ownership could get this fixed they would be on to something big! I’ve heard the same complaint from several people. I was between 3 & 4 stars but felt 3 was a little low due to the pizza taste!

Loved this restaurant, it was very nice and romantic inside. The food was truly incredible, the staff and waitress were soooo nice! We loved everything about it! (It was expensive, but still worth going especially on a special occasion!

We dined at Gianni’s on a recent Friday evening. Reservations are a must at this popular eatery. We sampled a couple of appetizers: the onion soup (much better than its French cousin) and the pan roasted exotic mushrooms (decadent and very tasty). For entrees, we tried: the pasta with broccoli (simple but really great), the steak Abitz (tender beef) and the Tagliatelle San Jacques (awesome). For a great ending, the chocolate crème brûlée was unique and flavorful. Service was perfect throughout our meal. All in all, this was a great dining experience.
