Great food and fast service but confusing hours

Finally, I found this local gem, and it was sandwich day( Wednesday)! Have been wanting to try the BBQ and was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken wrap, and my husband had the pork sandwich. The chicken was on a tortilla with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes . As white meat chicken can be, it was a bit dry,but tasty enough that it wasn't unpleasant . The pork sandwich was huge! Very moist and flavorful ,and the sauce,not your average BBQ sauce,unique ,wished I had more !
It is take out only,limited parking,and they are still tweaking their hours. It is excellent and we'll go back on " plates" day,which I believe are Tues and Thur! They tend to sell out,go early!

Parking: Behind the building, as well as in front,approximately 6 spots in all.

Amazing little spot with delicious BBQ. We love the brisket -super tender and great portion ! I also love the smoked chicken salad and the smoked Turkey sandwich. My favorite lunch spot and once you try it you’ll look forward to it each week!

My shop is around the corner, been wanting to try this place… happy I did! Had a BBQ sandwich , it was huge and delicious, loved the sauce.. going back tomorrow for sliced turkey….

It’s primarily a take out - although I noticed a couple of tables outside. I still rated the atmosphere a 5 because the owners and customers are all friendly and make the wait go fast.

The food is AMAZING. Everything I’ve ever ordered is delicious, and the servings are generous.

The ribs, brisket, cowboy beans, Mac n cheese, desserts… all of it perfectly prepared.

I’ve learned to get there when they open at 11 or risk something you want sold out.

My wife and I checked out The Sauce and All last Tuesday and it was delicious. She got a pulled pork sandwich and I got a rack of ribs. I’m actually heating up my leftover ribs right now for lunch. I wish I would’ve bought a bottle of there sauce to go. We will definitely be back when we have a taste for bbq.

Great place for barbecue. If you haven't tried it yet you are missing out.

This place was awesome! A total hole in the wall type spot. The food was great, no place to dine in so to go only. The folks there were super nice and I am so glad we made time to make it a stop! Check their hours because they're not open every day of the week so planning your visit is important.

Great BBQ. The pork ribs tender and juicy. The pulled pork sandwich was not too greasy and not to dry but just right. The slaw added to the sandwich. Will eat here again and again.
