I called and spoke to the manager after half of my order was left out and they could care less, pretty much laughed at me and just hung up on me after I said thank you for passing this message to the order. My wife is in the hospital, I have two kids I’m trying to feed and they’ve completely messed up our order and refused to replace it. I had to pack them up and drive 30 minutes to get there in 30 minutes back home because they really wanted smoke pit. The only resolution they offer is for me to drive 30 minutes to pick up the seasonings that they left off all the meats and then drive 30 minutes back home to put it on the ice cold food that I paid full price for. That’s ridiculous and unreasonable. They would much rather have one star reviews and chargebacks than to honor a $42 meal right like it’s supposed to be - That should tell you everything you need to know to avoid this place.

Great food. Good service. Very crowded, but quite a bit if seating indoor and outdoor. Portions were generous. Sides were great. Cornbread delicioys.
This was my 1st time going to The Smoke Pit and it did not disappoint! From the server to the food, everything was impeccable and delicious 😋 I cannot wait to take my mom there who loves ribs. 10/10!

The absolute best barbecue in Concord, if not all of NC. The food is delicious, fresh, and so tasty. Everything is prepared daily with excellent skill and great flavor. From the brisket to the pulled pork and chicken, there's nothing on the menu that will not fill your hunger. The desserts are great also. Never a bad meal!
