Just wanted to come on here and express my gratitude for this great establishment. Excellent customer service today! The one and only waitress, Janell I believe was her name and owner, Robert were super kind. The sushi was INCREDIBLE. (Compliments to the chef, Jackson) Even though there was a disturbance with another rude customer who refused to pay, they still handled it with grace and continued to keep the situation light. 10/10 would come again.

The quality of the food was to the level of not eatable! Additionally, we asked to speak to the manager, which was the actual owner. We waited 30 minutes. We refused to pay the bill, until the manger spoke with us. Is that to much to ask for? We did not get orderly, disrespectful, or cause any type of a scene, and the next thing you know, after sitting there waiting for the manager to come speak to us, the Concord Police confronted my wife and I at our table. When the owner came out he was the most rude, disrespectful, person I have ever had to deal with. Totally unbelievable experience! Not only was the food bad, the cops were called (waste of time for them) and such a unprofessional, rude, manager! Just putting this out there.. I would not recommend this place! But, if you do go there, do not waste your time with any grievances you may have about the food and ask to speak to Management! BTW, I never asked or intended to ask for any discounts! I just simply wanted to speak to the manger to let him/her know of why we weren't satisfied! I would think, that one would want to know what a customers experience was?!?. Lmao. Just call cops! All because I said "im not paying util I speak with the manager." wow! p.s Sorry for any typos, but I'm not going to waste any more of my time proof reading....

Went in for dinner Friday night. Wait staff is awesome. We decided to go with the buy 2 premium rolls get a free house roll promo. However, they were out of salmon and yellow tail which really limited the selection of premium rolls. So we made our order only to have the waitress return to tell us the sushi chef (dude with the dale Earnhardt wanna be mustache) didn't want to make one of our premium rolls. So we had to pick a different roll from the already very limited selection. We were told we would have to wait a while for that roll as he had just taken a bunch of orders. We finished the other rolls before we got that one roll. Then the waitress charged us for the free roll. A miss all around. Disappointed.

For $36, 16 rolls should should at least come with wasabi and ginger. Neither came with my order. Made a call, they said it was a human error and apologized, then asked if there was anything else they could help with after clearly not remedying the situation. Not an offer to help in any way.

The dragon roll here is one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had in my entire life.
We wanted to try a new place (for us) and we were happy when we saw this Asian fusion restaurant listed in Google Maps!The atmosphere was very chill and the decorating was cute. I loved the combination of old vintage ceilings with contemporary lighting.We were looking forward to having some Vietnamese food but unfortunately we were disappointed to find that there wasn’t much available that was Vietnamese (we asked for Vietnamese coffee and summer rolls but they no longer make them—although listed on the menu). There were several things on the menu that were not available due to running out of a particular ingredient. Also, scallops were not available when we dined at Tokyo-Hanoi Fusion. The waitress did tell us that they were going through a revamping of sorts of the menu. She was helpful by checking in on us several times (and I believe that she was the only waitress staff member working last night).One thing that we would have liked was being able to order items and tell the waitress what spicy-level we would prefer. That was something that they do not offer.The food was okay and we plan on trying it again since the menu is going through some changes.We ordered two house sushi rolls, 1 steak & shrimp hibachi, 1 pad Thai, and two ice waters. Our bill before tax and tip was ≈ $55.00.
Parking: There is a free parking garage that is located behind the restaurant (but you have to walk down the block to get to it). On-street parking is difficult due to construction taking place in downtown Concord.

I did not want to express this publicly but I did not enjoy their drunken noodles at all. Noodles were mealy tasting and not thoroughly cooked and the dish was not seasoned with authentic Asian flavors, just salty. I am saddened to write this truth as the service and environment was caring and felt great to me.

I love the new sushi chef Jackson. I think was his name. I was bummed that I could not eat sushi while I was pregnant and had settled for pho. But after talking to him he told he could've a roll completely safe for me. And he did... omg it was amazing. I am counting the days till I can go back and get more of them.
