I purchased a smoothie and it was decent, but not the best. I also purchased a açaí bowl… it was absolutely horrible!. This was my second attempt to try them because they are close to my home. The first time it was horrible for both the smoothie and bowl, and this time it was worse!. The fruit was old…They gave one tiny teaspoon of granola, the bananas were brown, berries were extremely hard and bitter with only about 2 to 3 berries,, and they barely put any coconut shavings. I will not be going back here to give them a third try. Horrible experiences!.

Love getting a smoothie, smoothie bowl or açaí bowl from here. I recently had the “Bahama Mama” tropic bowl and it was really good, I had it two days in a row. Their wraps and flatbreads are good if you’re looking for a light, healthy snack or lunch.

I’ve tried this particular location on 3 different occasions, the 1st time I got a mango magic smoothie with the chicken bacon ranch combo and a kids combo a smoothie for my daughter. The Flatbread was ok and the smoothie’s were watery not to the taste but the texture. Each time I visit this location the smoothies are made that way compared to other locations I tried. The customer service here is very poor, I ordered online my last visit and my order was made incorrectly I requested no veggies on my daughter’s flat bread and the system did not pick this up. I wasn’t aware until it was time to pick it up, I let them know and 2 of the team members did not want to remake it. I stood my ground and they finally just removed the veggie’s then rewrapped it! I give this place a 5/10

I ordered the flat bread chicken ranch and it wasn't good. The service was mediocre. The person at the register never smiled.
This place needs a lesson on MANNERS and efficiency. No greeting when you walk in they just look at you crazy. I placed an online order and when I got there, they hadn’t even started on it. There was NOBODY in there. So when I tell them I had a mobile order they took their SWEET time and spent too much time talking to eachother. I was waiting for almost 10 minutes for my order. The guy finally gives it to me and says nothing even after I said thank you so I said THANK YOU a second time and finally got a “you’re welcome” lol the service is awful but I’ll keep going back for these dang overpriced acai bowls. This place is too expensive for the workers to act the way they do. Please teach them some basic manners and to maybe have a sense of urgency when somebody comes in and their order isn’t made after ordering 10 minutes ahead with NOBODY in the damn store
