We had a delicious breakfast!! The coffee is fantastic!! The wait staff is terrific and you get more food than you can eat for a great price!

Good bad and ugly review.
Ugly They are not in my neighborhood. Bad. They are not that far from my house. Good. Servers are friendly and energetic. Portions were good sized (I had burger and fries, and almost couldn't finish the fries). OMG THE FRIES! They were hand made, and looked like what my grandmother would make. Crispy and tasty too, not mushy or undercooked. I am coming back for breakfast, because a neighboring table had biscuits and gravy, and they were MAN SIZED biscuits and gravy. I may have to bring my own to go box though, because they have the coated cardboard boxes and I am not 100% sure that it would survive my drive.

I stopped by Union St. Café after a Pilates class with a friend and we split the lamb burger and the chicken and waffles. Both dishes were really tasty and hit the spot! Our server, Kim, was amazing. She was super attentive and always one step ahead, bringing extra plates and checking on us before we even had to ask. The service really made the meal feel special, and combined with the delicious food, it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back!

Worst experience to date in Concord.
We were promptly seated and our drink orders were taken. However, after delivering our drinks and taking our food order, the waitress never returned to our table. Our drinks sat empty, and there was no communication about our order, which took an unusually long time more than 45 minutes. When my husband approached the waitresses to inquire, she rolled her eyes at him. He saw our order in the window to and it had been there for a while. It was delivered a few minutes later. When we raised our concerns with the manager, we were completely dismissed. Disappointed by the poor service, we left before trying the food and will not return. As new locals, we’ve had far better experiences at every other establishment in the area. We will not be back.

I’m not even sure I have words for this experience — the music, the service, the food… WOW. The only comparison I can think of is Ratatouille when Remy eats cheese and berries and ascends into that flavor dimension of colors and fireworks. That’s basically what happened to me.

You can taste that everything is made from scratch, right down to the buffalo sauce. Pancakes are fantastic - not your average pancake somehow. I got the biscuits and gravy. It was a huge portion of food and very tasty. Boyfriend got the chorizo hash and it was delicious.

My fiancée and I came in for brunch today for the first time. Such a nice quaint location with good service and amazing food! The best French Toast I’ve ever had, and everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back.
