We love Thai milk tea with boba 😄
Had a BBQ pork banh mi, and a coconut milk mango boba. Both were excellent!

Delicious banh mi! Great Vietnamese breadsticks. Loved my drink also. A great place for a hearty lunch or sandwhich.

Terrible service! I waited 30 minutes for wings and fries! Then they came and gave my food to another customer who touched it all before realizing it wasnt hers and she hands it to my husband after she had picked at the fries. I took it up front and they asked me 4 times what the issue was! I AM NOT GONNNA EAT FOOD THATS BEEN TOUCHED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER! They wouldn't give me a refund right there, they said they would have to call and I would get it the next day. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS! No call, no refund, no food! Didn't even have the decency to give us fresh food after it had been almost an hour of wasting our time there and haven't got our money back!

I try many bubble tea place, this place have the best variety flavorful drinks. They also have the best Vietnamese sandwiches.This is my to go place.
I ordered the bbq pork sandwich and the meat had so much fat that it became unchewable and unedible. Service is terrible since I waited for 30min just for one sandwich and a popcorn chicken to be done.
The drink I got was alright, I got the taro milk tea and it just tasted watery, great atmosphere and they were busy as well! So I’ll do a three stars! Never tried the banh mi here so next time I’ll give it a try!

My wife thought the flaming brown sugar was amazing, and I loved the Thai coffee.
Love the ambience of the place.
We ordered a few sandwiches. Sandwiches were great.
VN coffee was overly strong for our liking.
We also tried their pork belly and beef in betel leaves tray. Portion size of the tray was adequate for the $26. However, The skin of the pork belly was so hard . It Literally like biting a rock.

The banh mi and popcorn chicken is soooooo yummmyy!! So far I’ve only had their refreshers and Thai tea and it’s really delicious!! I can’t wait to try their Korean fried chicken!!! Staff is very nice as well!!
