This waffle house cooks great food but will use the customer and run your bill way up. We had an all-star and a small bowl of grits and a bacon biscuit and our bill was 40 bucks. Yep. My friend asked for extra pickles which he got a bowl with 6 pickle chips in it which ran bill way up plus 2 extra dollars for anything extra like mayo or cheese or hell anything. I also tipped cook 20 bucks and this is before I seen check. This is beyond me and I'm so upset they this location used us the way they did.

Order from this store pretty regular. Past 3 times order hasn't even been close to right. Word of advice if you get it to go you better check it! It's not that complicated waffle house get it together!

Glad they open in Gaston SC, my favorite is the teaxs bacon chicken melt, throw some grilled onions and waffle house sauce, as for hasbrowns make them all the way. Best red neck hibachi around ? Best waffles also

denied service said i had to dine in because they didn’t have enough togo boxes. that the people eating may want to take theirs to go. therefore i can’t place one single order . i was trying to order a single meal for my pregnant wife. will be back to speak with management.

I am extremely pissed and have been trying to resolve this for days. I was charged a $47.80 tip on my debit card and the person who rang me out me out knew what they did said they had just done it before with somebody else and offered me no type of refund and told me oh well what’s done is done I can’t do nothing about it.
My husband and I stopped at this waffle house when I say it was the best service very prompt professional clean, and took care of us immediately I really enjoyed stopping here before I continued on my trip
After a long hard day at work I decided to stop in tonight for a bite to eat. The server, Ray, was quick to greet me and get me a cup of fresh coffee. The food got to me hot and tasted as good as the menu makes it look.
Dietary restrictions: Being diabetic I asked about sweetener and Ray was able to get me packets for my coffee.

Came to Waffle House had one of the best experiences due to the staff. Our server was Ray and was very good keeping our drinks full our food was cooked correctly. 3rd shift workers rock at this location. If you want a good experiences go there on the weekends.
The weekend 3rd shift folks at the Copperfield Blvd location are AWESOME ?. Great people. Fantastic service. Perfectly cooked food, every time. Catherine is the best Waffle House cook anywhere and Ray is great too.
