Overwhelmingly impressed with this establishment. Originally there was an incident with our order. The waffle House went so far above and beyond to make it right that I cannot even express how much gratitude I have. I have always loved the waffle House, and I will continue to be a regular customer there. I would suggest the waffle House to anyone.

Completely a mess;

Surprised the doors stay open.
I ordered the protein bowl and a chocolate chip waffle for my 2yr old and when we got the food I saw hair in my food and my sons, so disgusting and the hair was melted into the food it didn’t just fall ontop!! And not to mention the staff was rude and had a stank face the entire time, and how come the waitress had a hair net and the COOK didn’t? It makes to sense, horrible customer service 0/10

I don't like to leave negative reviews but sometimes it is warranted. First the food was great. But our waitress was not in a good mood. The two waffles came out then the bacon. Then after my wife and great grandson were half finished with their waffle my bowl of grits csme Then I finally got my first cup of coffee. I had to ask for my second cup. Not my favorite Waffle House

On December 21, 2025, after a long day of shopping, we stopped at this Waffle House because we were very hungry. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. A group of employees appeared to be sitting together in a booth socializing with people they seemed to know.
We sat down and waited, but no one acknowledged us or came to take our order. The employees laughed and continued their conversation while completely ignoring us. After realizing we were not going to be helped, we left.
We have eaten at this location several times in the past without issue, but it appears that management and staff have changed—and unfortunately, not for the better. The experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Being ignored as paying customers is unacceptable.
We will not be returning to this location and will be sharing our experience with others.

The staff was great and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, we got extremely sick after eating here. We ate an all star special with chicken sausage as well as a grit bowl with chicken. I don’t know what caused the pain but it left us throwing up.

I have no idea what happened to this place. It used to be so nice and efficient. Now it takes an hour to get a table because no one is cleaning the tables. You could eat (if you want to wait an eternity) and leave without paying because everyone’s backs are turned and no one looks at you or checks in on you. They are so extremely slow moving it is mind numbing.

It may just have tonight but it was far from a great experience and to be honest I do love this chain it was busy but from a considerable number of food violations my wife could easily spot to our waitress being completely preoccupied buy either holding down the back counter to tending her own 3-4year old then having our food arrive at the table half cold because the kitchen could all seem to cook together not trying to blast just hoping management can do some retraining to fix the issues

Had not been here for a while but decided to stop in. It is Saturday about 10:30a.m., it appears to be 7 people, (2 cooks one of which is a manager cooking) and 5 servers. Today was the best WH experience I have ever had there. This server MS. AMBER stood out over all the others (no punt inteneded to the other servers). I observed Ms. Amber compared to the other servers, she was going above and beyond, she should be titled MANAGER as well. Ms. AMBER was doing everything with grace, she kept a smile on her face, appeared genuinely customer driven and her tone of voice was kind and approachable. I observed her moving quickly to get ALL customers taken care of even if it was not her direct customer table
I over heard her assisting another server in reporting the orders to the cooks correctly as to cut down on mistakes. Ms. Amber was intercepting all coming through the door for uber pickups and to be seated, she even made sure all tables were immediately cleaned after use so folk did not have to wait, she quickly prepped the used dishes for immediate washing and inquired with ALL if they needed anything. I even spoke to the other manager who was there cooking and told her they need to make Ms. Amber a Manager as well, she's a true asset to this business. A+ for todays overall experience. My morning prior to WH started out not-so-good but I left WH with a smile. I'd happily revisit that particular establishment again if she's there. Thanks Ms. Amber you ARE appreciated.

I want to just congratulate and acknowledge the woman running the team at this Waffle House September 27th around 11am.
It was busy, there was a wait, and while all the costumes were polite and laid back she encouraged her team to be prompt, detail oriented and personable. Our food was very good and we enjoyed the ideal Waffle House experience
