It may just have tonight but it was far from a great experience and to be honest I do love this chain it was busy but from a considerable number of food violations my wife could easily spot to our waitress being completely preoccupied buy either holding down the back counter to tending her own 3-4year old then having our food arrive at the table half cold because the kitchen could all seem to cook together not trying to blast just hoping management can do some retraining to fix the issues

Had not been here for a while but decided to stop in. It is Saturday about 10:30a.m., it appears to be 7 people, (2 cooks one of which is a manager cooking) and 5 servers. Today was the best WH experience I have ever had there. This server MS. AMBER stood out over all the others (no punt inteneded to the other servers). I observed Ms. Amber compared to the other servers, she was going above and beyond, she should be titled MANAGER as well. Ms. AMBER was doing everything with grace, she kept a smile on her face, appeared genuinely customer driven and her tone of voice was kind and approachable. I observed her moving quickly to get ALL customers taken care of even if it was not her direct customer table
I over heard her assisting another server in reporting the orders to the cooks correctly as to cut down on mistakes. Ms. Amber was intercepting all coming through the door for uber pickups and to be seated, she even made sure all tables were immediately cleaned after use so folk did not have to wait, she quickly prepped the used dishes for immediate washing and inquired with ALL if they needed anything. I even spoke to the other manager who was there cooking and told her they need to make Ms. Amber a Manager as well, she's a true asset to this business. A+ for todays overall experience. My morning prior to WH started out not-so-good but I left WH with a smile. I'd happily revisit that particular establishment again if she's there. Thanks Ms. Amber you ARE appreciated.

I want to just congratulate and acknowledge the woman running the team at this Waffle House September 27th around 11am.
It was busy, there was a wait, and while all the costumes were polite and laid back she encouraged her team to be prompt, detail oriented and personable. Our food was very good and we enjoyed the ideal Waffle House experience

Lady cook short black had attitude only because I told her their was no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom she was like I know so she knows then didn’t put any okay but it was more about the attitude then the toilet paper honestly the attitude got me this was Monday aug 4th night around 11:30 pm

oh my goodness i LOVE waffle house SOOO much. Camoya is the best worker and she tended to our needs. She is by far a wonderful worker. The rest of the workers are just as great. 10/10

This was, without question, the most disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. It happened yesterday morning, and in hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and left after noticing some initial red flags. Several tables were dirty when we arrived, though we eventually found a clean one.

When the waiter approached, he said nothing—just stared at us—and his body language gave the impression that he was either completely disengaged or possibly under the influence. He appeared uninterested in being there and made it clear, through both demeanor and lack of effort, that our presence was unwelcome.

We had to essentially take our own orders, as he didn’t speak a single word to us during the entire visit. We were the only table in the restaurant, yet there were no refills offered, no check-ins, no basic service whatsoever. At first, I considered the possibility that he might have a disability or had temporarily lost his voice—but that assumption was quickly disproven when he began talking and joking with coworkers in plain view.

The entire experience was surreal and left us feeling worse than when we arrived. We couldn’t even finish our food due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I genuinely feel bad for the owner, as this kind of service is likely to drive customers away.

To be clear, I don’t expect special treatment and I consider myself very patient when it comes to restaurant service. But this went well beyond a simple off-day. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this location.
