oh my goodness i LOVE waffle house SOOO much. Camoya is the best worker and she tended to our needs. She is by far a wonderful worker. The rest of the workers are just as great. 10/10

This was, without question, the most disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. It happened yesterday morning, and in hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and left after noticing some initial red flags. Several tables were dirty when we arrived, though we eventually found a clean one.
When the waiter approached, he said nothing—just stared at us—and his body language gave the impression that he was either completely disengaged or possibly under the influence. He appeared uninterested in being there and made it clear, through both demeanor and lack of effort, that our presence was unwelcome.
We had to essentially take our own orders, as he didn’t speak a single word to us during the entire visit. We were the only table in the restaurant, yet there were no refills offered, no check-ins, no basic service whatsoever. At first, I considered the possibility that he might have a disability or had temporarily lost his voice—but that assumption was quickly disproven when he began talking and joking with coworkers in plain view.
The entire experience was surreal and left us feeling worse than when we arrived. We couldn’t even finish our food due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I genuinely feel bad for the owner, as this kind of service is likely to drive customers away.
To be clear, I don’t expect special treatment and I consider myself very patient when it comes to restaurant service. But this went well beyond a simple off-day. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

Ive been waiting over 30 mins for someone to come to my table. If I could give no stars, I would.. no one welcomed us, asked for dri ks or took our order. All the tables are dirty and staff doesn't seem to care. We left didn't even eat.
My boyfriend goes to waffle House about everyday he has off for an sag egg and cheese biscuit. He had the work today so I filled in for him. Everyone knows him and was very kind and welcoming.

We live on the other side of 85 and we drive past another waffle house to come to this one. Usually a little less busy and still has all the charm and efficiency waffle house is known for.
