If the cook wasn't so occupied with jukebox and song selection, I would probably get my order right. I'm guessing she just came in for her second shift... Also, music is too loud. I didn't come here to listen to some to rap or whatever it is called, this is not a place for that, maybe Im wrong, and if I am, I apologize.
I didn't say anything simply because I come to Waffle house for one reason:
I'm hungry and want food now. Quick. Waffle house is a spot for that. Well, not this location...
As I was about to leave, place was basically empty and 2 employees were munching on something. Closing your mouth when eating is free, did you know that? I don't blame any of them for anything, I blame the manager for allowing it.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Lisa at this location. She sadly had to handle an encounter with a customer who was extremely rude to her. She handled the situation with grace and was respectful (even when the customer was not) Thankfully the person left the establishment, and the restaurant was able to continue on as the Waffle House we all know and love.

Me and my wife came to this Waffle House Friday night it was packed like most after the fair. We had a server she must’ve been new tall nice eyes wears a scarf. she took our orders we watched her call them to the cook at the time his demeanor was very cold as she called our order we watched them tell her we wanted a plate (we did not) we heard her try to repeat our order with the same response she brought over what was plated and offered to take it back with a smile. We told her it was ok and the food was not to my wife’s liking. We came again on Saturday night per my wife’s request and was meet with the same warm smile we choose to again sit with the same tall server. Again she took our orders but this time she seemed under pressure her entire section was full and she was still doing amazing at taking orders at a timely matter another guy (Mike) interrupted her and called his orders and she waited then when it was her time the cook again told her our order was wrong (it was not) when she served us we caught a glimpse of the cook saying stupid that really bothered my wife. When she then returned to refill my wife’s drink she looked sad my wife asked was she alright and she just broke down and left. It was sad she just left another cook came to try and explain but made it seem like the server was unprofessional when she was the upmost respectful and professional. I am leaving this review because my wife was deeply upset about this encounter so beware we would not recommend this restaurant if you would not like to see you’re server verbally abused. And the cook was an older white gentleman that had a nasty cough that after hearing immediately made me and my wife just want to jump out of our skin. And to that server you did amazing and we wished you wouldn’t of let me and my wife had an amazing tip for you!

I let the good sanitation score fool me. I ordered a burger with hashbrowns, and my wife got waffles with hashbrowns. While we were there, I watched the cook drop a raw burger patty directly next to hashbrowns on the grill. Business as usual — or so I thought.

Looking back, I realized she was using the same utensils on the raw burgers as she did on the hashbrowns that were nearly touching the raw meat. The food tasted a little off, but I didn’t say anything since no one else at the table complained.

As soon as we got home, my wife and I were both running for the bathroom. This wasn’t just an upset stomach — it was obvious bacterial contamination from improper food handling. They weren’t busy, and the grill had plenty of open space, yet she still placed our hashbrowns right next to raw meat and cross-contaminated them.

The aftermath was far worse than a typical foodborne illness. I won’t get into details here, but let’s just say that most people would have called 911 if they experienced what I did.

I 100% warn anyone reading this: avoid this Waffle House — at least this location — where sanitary cooking practices appear to be optional.

I ate here this morning with my family. When I was finished eating I took my straw out the cup only to find two dead bugs on my straw. This meant that the bugs were in the sweet tea. When reported the lady took 5$ off when all we wanted was them to stop serving it.

Food tasted okay, very small Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I had signed up for the rewards program and was sent a free hash browns coupon. Manager wouldn’t honor it saying it had to be printed out. Is this 2025? Poor customer service.
