It’s Waffle House, everyone knows what to expect at Waffle House. Prices have definitely increased from what I’m used to but the food was on par with expectations.
Me and my family came to eat at the location highway 601 Concord, NC 28025on January 13th, 2023 at 1:25 p.m. All the tables were full or dirty. And no one would clean up the two tables that were dirty. The manager asked us right before we left, if we were waiting on a table. We thought that was a dumb question because we were not just standing there for decoration. Every place I've ever worked - the manager would kick in to help keep the customers happy. But instead she was just standing there talking. So we left. If you ask my opinion that this place needs a lot of help

This was the first time that my food has been terrible at this Waffle House!! I asked for light waffle it was almost burnt… hash browns were cooked to long almost burnt! My toast was almost burnt also.. They need help or a new/better cook that follows directions… disappointing experience!!
