The coffee is so good and the building is super cute don’t be mislead by it being next to a gas station. There’s also a drive through which is super convenient. Coffee was made super fast and the girl helping us was amazing!!

I’ve gotten iced coffee/ americanos from here and they taste amazing. My fav espresso ever. however, I’ve also gotten a hot americano and hot tea before, and the water is WAYYY too hot. like after I wait 5+ mins with the lid off it’s still piping. My suggestion is to just get an electric kettle for boiling water. Electric kettles seem to heat to the perfect temp.

Overall, I really like this coffee shop as it's close to my home and the people are pretty friendly. My only complaint/ suggestion for the management of this establishment would be that they require whomever is preparing the food to add minimum. Have their hair pinned back today. I found a very long hair threaded through my breakfast sandwich. They were apologetic and did remake my sandwich except for that. I am thankful the young lady who made it prior also remated with her hair Free falling over her shoulders. Aside from this one incident, I do enjoy this coffee shop and will return

I got a white tea passion fruit, but the tea was brewed at too high of a temperature. This takes away the flavor of the tea. And during my visit, the music ended up getting blasted way too loudly. I was trying to listen to my own music while I did reading for my project, but it just got to be too much.

It's a cute place but it's not wheelchair accessible. I came with my friend and the ramp is blocked off by some propane tanks screwed into the concrete. We had to bump the wheelchair up and then figure out a safe way to get them off the step. Wheelchair users keep this in mind.
Edit: The owner of the property reached out to explain the tanks belong to the business next door to Waterbean. Although they are blocking wheelchair access to the coffee shop, I appreciate their responsiveness and their commitment to ensuring everyone's safety and enjoyment of the businesses they lease to. I have amended my review due to the fact that the owner has promised to contact the neighboring business to have the tanks removed. I hope my friend and I can visit soon and enjoy our stay without having to worry about accommodating his wheelchair!
