NOBODY AT THIS LOCATION WORKS! EVERYTIME I PULL UP AT THE DRIVE THRU I SIT AT THE INTERCOM FOR TENS MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE TAKES MY ORDER, HELL SOMETIMES THEY DONT EVEN TAKE MY ORDER AND I JUST HAVE TO LEAVE
A couple of weeks ago I stopped by this restaurant in Concord, going through the drive-through, and ordered an asiago homestyle chicken ranch club sandwich. By the time I opened the sandwich to eat it I was already on the interstate and was not able to return to the restaurant.The sandwich was terrible; the chicken was overcooked, dry, chewy, and not very flavorful. The ghost pepper chicken remains a delicious and spicy option, and the restaurant seems to address mistakes quickly when they happen. The drive-thru experience is convenient, but the overall atmosphere has become more typical of a fast-food place without the earlier special touch.
