So had to place door dash with Wendy's did a double order first guy didn't pick it up so got credit and re ordered it. Well put new door dash in and these people at Wendy's gave this door dasher my first order. Not my second order. So my kids food was cold didn't receive the 2 other items I ordered because no one can pay attention to what they r doing. I blame Wendy's for sending out food that has been sitting for over a hour. U guys r horrible for doing that to a 5 year old. How wrong.

Went there 3-4 times in the first week or two of the new building. Wow! Food was consistently hot and fast!! Suddenly started losing that first impression after a couple weeks. I noticed, first 3-4 visits (drive thru) appeared to be mostly adult employees. I hate to say it, but when it seemed like more 'kids' were being hired, they acted like they couldn't care less about you, the food, or their job. I've left the drive thru speaker a couple times since, becasue I honestly think I was being ignored. They're just another fast food drive thru now, I'm afraid. Nothing special.

I got a Baconator jr I asked for no mayonnaise and they still put some on there. I am 99% sure that I got food poisoning from this place I do not recommend. the girl at the window was nice but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this place.

Nice new building but food and service were mediocre at best. I was hoping for more with all the money they spent on the new building. Unlikely to go back unless management gets their act together and trains their workers how to serve their customers and prepare fresh food.

I arrived close to 9 pm .I only asked for no mayo on the order I was given a recycled burger with mayo and ketchup only everything else missing there were teeth marks in the cheese. I was given no receipt . I asked for large chili and was given small .chili was upside down and open in bag so when the bag burst my clothes were ruined ,vehicle interior damaged, and I was burned. They refuse to acknowledge or fix any mistakes. I am preparing a lawsuit. This Wendy's needs to be shut down 👎

Mobile order with receipt. Waited 30 minutes, no service. Went and asked, they said they never got the order and refused to make it. This is a brand new Wendys and I expected way better. I now have to fight with my bank to get the charges reversed.

Went today and the young girl at the drive through was great but the older female manager on duty was extremely rude to her in front of us because she was confused herself.
Sat at the box for 10 mins completely ignored and when i pulled away could see the people inside laughing and standing at the window
