Pretty good except the guy at the ticket redemption shop disappeared for 30 minutes and the other staff didn't assist. Would have been a good experience otherwise

Well they were not overly busy, and seemed to have enough wait staff but I always felt like I had to snag our waitress on the run. She only came to take our order, deliver drinks or food, and we had to find her to tell her something was missing from our order. It seemed to take more time than it should every step of the way. She was very nice and polite though. The greeter was fantastic even though she had to go and find our server. They just all seemed very busy and it felt kinda like we were interrupting them by trying to get their attention. Anyway, the kids had a blast, my wallet did not. The bathrooms were atrocious, there was tp on the floor, stalls with tp dispensers that didn't have covers, one of the paper towel dispensers was laying open, paper towels in the sink and some of the sinks didn't work. Overall it wasn't as bad as some of the reviews I've seen, but it sure wasn't worth the bill!

Loud with games very close to the table. Restroom were in very poor condition with no toilet paper dispensers on the wall. Paper towel dispenser was falling off the wall. Stalls were not clean. Food was mediocre. We had appetizers and entrees.

We had a reservation for my son's 5th birthday! What kid doesn't love an arcade! We got sat right away. 14 mins later we still hadn't been greeted by a server and no drink order taken. So I ask for a manager. She comes out and makes excuses for her server. No apologies whatsoever. She does give my son a play card that allowed him to play like 2-3 games (most games cost 7 chips now). The manager took our drink order. Then another waitress came to our table and asked us if our server came and we said no and she took our order and took over our table. She was on top of it and really turned things around for us. I was just really appalled that the manager made excuses. Yes things happen but if you know something is happening, ask someone to cover for that person. Don't leave your guests waiting for 14 mins before they have to request for assistance. If we didn't request for it - how much longer would we have to wait? On top of that, my son's Mac and cheese was made with cheese that smelled and tasted bad. My husband's bacon and his sandwich tasted bad. I had a salad and parts of the lettuce were brown/black. Needless to say, we will NEVER eat here again. But thank you to, I think her name was Alicia, who did turn around our experience.

I made a reservation for date night they didn't honor it. The food tasted like it was from a can an it wasn't served hot . I told the host I had a reservation an she gave us the normal menu told the waiter an they said ok. Didn't receive our game card or anything. We will not be returning. The food was over salted an we didn't even get drink refills.

Experience was awful. We were a group of 8 (6 adults, 2 children), with a reservation at 7pm on a Saturday night. There were 2 birthdays in our group, so we were indeed expecting a fun and upbeat/loud setting. When we arrived, there were 3 employees at the hostess stand and NOT ONE of them greeted our large group. I had to interrupt their personal talk to ask to be seated. After being seated, it was 17 minutes before our waiter even came to the table (where he did apologize for the wait and thanked us for our patience. Our party was ready to place drink AND food orders by that time. The two kids meals ordered actually were served to the table before we ever received our beverages or silverware/napkins for the table. A few minutes later, the drinks arrived but no silverware. (Luckily, the two kids meals were burger/fries - so at least the kids weren't having to wait to eat.) An expected amount of time later, the rest of the tables food orders arrived, but we still had no silverware and had not seen our waiter again, so the young girl that served the food did at least go back to get that. The entire table finished their meals without ever being checked on by the waiter again, so we were all out of drinks, with no refills offered nor requested. At this point we asked for the manager so we could pay for our meal and be done with the experience. Unfortunately, the only response from the manager (after explaining all the above), his response was: “I have a conversation with him.” Please don't waste your time and money, learn from my losses.

It was awful we had reservations. They sat us down. We waited almost an hour to receive even our drinks and then another 45 minutes to receive cold food and the only explanation we got was they were so short staffed no accommodations know anything.

We sat at table for 12 mins before staff greeted us and took drink or food order. My food came out but had to wait an additional 15 mins before mys sons food came out. Not sure why they even delivered one meal and not both together. My food was cold by the time he got his because I refused to eat without him. He didn't eat but half his meal because we were both over the wait time. Sever did apologize but couldn't account for lapse in service. Both are drinks were empty and I had to ask for refills. Never was provided with ketchup or condiments for fries. Manager came to table to door rounds and asked about service. I informed him of issues and he just shrugged me off. No offers to do better or anything. Not to mention staff were heard cussing near table to one another about a guest, not of us overheard foul language. My sone is 10. Very unprofessional. I did not recommend eating there. The only reason we did was deal for meal and arcade. Service was very poor in my eyes rate 1 out of 10.

The atmosphere was great. The food was FILLING, and they have huge screens for game day. Fun was had, and staff was VERY attentive!!

German, the manager took the time to introduce himself to the table and greeted my family. It was a wonderful day! My two grandchildren enjoyed the lemon pepper wings, and I enjoyed the backwoods lemonade.
The food was late, the table was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy, and the service was slow or ill equipped. My wife and I went there for a date, to have a great night out of fun, food, and games. We were sadly disappointed in the total conditions of the restaurant.

Took a couple attempts to get our drink order correctly. We not receive our appetizer, it wasn't on receipt, so it was not rang in. Food was good but took longer than expected for the few tables that were there. Had a great time playing games, a little pricey, but all in all a fun evening.
