The customer service has been really great but my food is always burnt. Either the fries and this last time my chicken wings were fried so hard, they were inedible.... they are charging too much for the quality of food they are letting leave their kitchen. Don't think I will be back for a while 🫤

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely the worst place to try and order anything from. If you’re a DoorDash driver forget it. The $2 tip is not worth waiting for 20 minutes for their food. If you order yourself, get any food from anywhere else. 20 minutes past your expected time every time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. The general manager, Mark, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation with respect and good customer service, his attitude made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with basic courtesy, but that was not the case here. I will be thinking twice before coming back to this location.

Huge shoutout to Zaire, the new manager. From the minute we walked in, he set the tone—warm welcome, clear communication and proactive check-ins. Our order was perfect (sauced evenly, hot, and fast), the dining area spotless, and the team looked dialed in. You can feel the culture shift already. Spectacular customer service—Zaire will turn this location around.
