The gentleman at the counter yesterday, 11/24 around 6:30pm had excellent customer service! I haven’t seen that level at a quick service restaurant lately AT ALL. Thank you! Fries need waaaaay less seasoning…a sprinkle instead of a coating. Salt is way more potent than wing sauce, lightly not liberally.

This particular wingstop (concord) is a hit or miss, depending on the staff. If you come to work, come to WORK!! There's nothing wrong with conversing with your co-workers, but act professional at your workplace (the language and actions used in front of customers are not good).. There's no leader. Letting your under staff take smoking weed breaks while working is ridiculous. Giving customers old chicken is not good. There's opportunity in this fast food industry to grow. Make wing stop a better place to dine in and take out.

This store need to be closed down! The food is trash and always too salty and when they display that they are open their staff cancel orders and don’t answer the phone. This appears to be a common theme at ALL Wingstop locations. A disgrace to the fast food industry!!

Repeatedly poor service, at least for online customer orders. 12 people waiting, no one in the dine in line. No one is being checked on or acknowledged. Average customer waiting 30-1:00 past their quoted time. Employees don’t care. This is the last time we use this establishment. It hasn’t changed as we’ve had similar experiences every time.

Ordered 4 hours in advance arrived at the store 10 minutes past my pickup time. My order still was not ready 45 minutes past my original pickup time. Inquired about my order as I had been standing waiting for 40+ minutes. Customer service was very poor and dismissive. Wasn't really even mad about waiting as they were busy but it be nice to know that my order has been at least acknowledged vs a rude response to my inquiry. Very disappointing especially being polite enough to order with plenty of time in advance.
I don't know why this branch is so low rated. The food was great, they guy was so nice to offer me a free drink with my order pick up even though I didn't order one.

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 mins for an online order that turned out to be done and sitting on the counter, but the woman never looked and a guy from the back ended up coming and calling out a bunch of orders. Also, I asked for extra sauce one girl said no then the guy says I should’ve asked when I came in which I did. Never coming back to this location. Thanks for my cold wings and fries.
