Worst order pickup experience of my life. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 9:10 and it wasnât ready until 10:10 so I spent an hour waiting for my order! There were about 20 people waiting for orders and only 3 people working and you could tell they were in completely over their head. I didnât yell at them like other people were because I felt bad for them. Never ordering from here again. The staff was doing everything they could, management need a to be held accountable.

My food was ordered online, it said 21 min and when I got there I literally waited another 45 min so over an hour wait for 10 wings!! That was terrible service and they seemed super overwhelmed. Why put a time to pickup if there is no accuracy to this system. It sounds like they have a time limit setup that's definitely a flaw in the system. Very disappointing

The new one up at highland shopps is too small and they haven't gotten their groove together. It took like 40 mins past expected time to get my order, but this location I've never had to wait past the time promised.

The customer service has been really great but my food is always burnt. Either the fries and this last time my chicken wings were fried so hard, they were inedible.... they are charging too much for the quality of food they are letting leave their kitchen. Don't think I will be back for a while đ«€

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely the worst place to try and order anything from. If youâre a DoorDash driver forget it. The $2 tip is not worth waiting for 20 minutes for their food. If you order yourself, get any food from anywhere else. 20 minutes past your expected time every time.
