My co worker had multiple horrible experiences and complained. She was mailed an apology letter with 2 coupons. She brought one in today and it was refused! Jesus argued with her instead of just saying this isn’t for our restaurant, but we will honor it since you’ve had problems here. Bad customer service! I love Zaxbys, but makes me not want to come back to this one.
Bad customer service!!!!!!!!! We have had multiple issues with this location and it still continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
