Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered a Zaxby's meal. They gave me 1 dipping sauce. They charge 25 cent for an additional sauce,knowing that 1 sauce is not enough.

Everybody there is just generally terrible at that job for a store that's not really busy. They think you stand in the lobby for a extended period just cause you want too. If I never spoke first I'll still be in there waiting for food.

Ordered a #4 BONE IN BBQ wing meal . Get to window get asked to pull up to wait for order to get done. Hands the WRONG order and proceeds to say we charged you for boneless it’s a 1.50 up charge and now I’m waiting another 20 mins …..

This place went ghetto as hell man I'm telling you these people I work right across the street and they screw up our orders constantly! Last week and they gave us two of the wrong salads. I called back they apologized and said they were training and they had been messing up orders all night and they were so sorry. I was not surprised. The girl told me she was the manager on duty and she was going to put my name in the book for a remake. My wife goes all the way up there tonight to get the Remake and they refused to give it to her even though we have the receipt in my phone call proving that I called there..THIS STORE IS A JOKE

I would give this place a negative zero. They served me raw food ( chicken sandwich) today at 6:00 pm. When I called the location they were rude and hung up on me when I asked for them to replace the food or give me a refund. When I called back they continued to ignore my phone calls. This place has horrible service and will serve you raw food . They also charged me for food that wasn't on my sandwich. They charged me for bacon which wasn't on my food and refused to provide me with a refund. Please be careful before you order from this place, they will serve you raw food just to rush and need customer service training ( especially the manager on duty at 6:00 pm) . Instead of them telling customers that they don't have cooked food they will serve it to you with no regard to food codes or sanitization. If you do order from here check your food thoroughly. This place is horrible with horrible service.
