I’m sorry but this location is disgusting. I ordered wing meal with fingers. Both were dry with no flavor. Wings were little chicettes only thing good was toast fries and drink. Won’t be back. A waste of damn near 20 dollars. Shut this place down. Bad to even call this a zaxbys location. With all these bad reviews, how can this be a 4 star rated restaurant at this location. Someone is full of bs. And it’s not the bad reviews. I was asked to come and be a critic here. Wow. For what. Place is next to empty. I mean not even any drive thru customers. Wow. Never again. It’s a lot of fixing up that needs to take place here.

Zaxbys always hits ⚔️ but yall gotta do something with the interior lights and swap them with warm light bulbs because right now the lighting is too artificial i forgot this was a zaxbys i zoned out and thought i was at the hospital for a minute

Service is awful,they make you wait after taking your money through drive thru. It’s not even busy and I’ve witnessed two employees leave work with bags full of food. SAD. Been waiting 8minutes for two salads… NEVER AGAIN
Order not right. Food not as ordered and didn't get everything we ordered. The store doesn't care including the manager. They are perfectly content for Doordash pay for Zaxbys carelessness and admitted it. To be that is an awful way to do business. I will never go back. Yes, I'm just one person but there could be others with similar experiences that might share as well.

Need to fire the incompetent individual taking orders. Always messes up orders because he wants to talk over everyone and needs a hearing test because he cannot decipher between polar opposite words.

The guy who took my order was nice but the hispanic girl who cashed me out gave me back the wrong change, and when i asked about it she acted like i was stupid, and was just so utterly rude about it.

The new owner took away all the signs and pictures that were on the wall. So now the atmosphere is not the same. 🙁Hope the other zaxbys don't change.

My daughter had the lemon pepper chicken strips which I don’t know if it was just me but they are extremely salty. I had the wings and things which is my go to favorite. The food is always good at Zaxby’s regardless of which location we go to.

Customer service experience was great food hot and delicious fast management helped cashier to get ordered item correct which is always awesome.....need to get light back working in lobby for words on walls not lighted :-( but other than that wad wonderful day eating lunch with my other half.....

I do not usually write reviews….but this warranted a review. My kids and I usually go to the Afton Ridge Zaxby’s and every time I feel like I would rather go to the dentist with how poor customer service is.
Today we went to the Zaxby’s on Copperfield and there was a “New Management” sign up. With trepidation we went to the drive thru and Marisol (I think that was her name), spoke clearly, professionally and took an accurate order. She also asked if we wanted extra sauce…yes, we did, thank you! And then asked if we wanted dessert…no thanks. We then pulled up to the window and our service got even better. Marisol (??) was ready and handed us our drinks while the younger gentleman processed payment. He then handed us our order (which was correct!!!) and said “have a nice evening”. They were both so professional, well spoken and cordial. It seems silly that I write this with such awe when it should be what we always get…but their awesome behavior is not the norm anymore. They deserve recognition.

Terrible service today they parked me just for a sandwich. Everyone in the drive-through line was getting their food. First time having terrible service here I just had to pull off wasted money because now I'm late for work I thought it was gonna be a quick service, but it was terrible
