Came through the drive-through and Brandon took my order. He repeated everything that I order went to the pick up window to pick up my order. Never got a receipt at the window drove around to check to make sure everything was in the bag. I was missing the egg rolls got out the car went back into the store to ask for the missing eggrolls. They asked me for my receipt. I told them I never got a receipt, I was told by the young lady at the front counter that you have to ask for a receipt and then ask to speak with Brandon who took my order and called it back with the eggrolls on there. He blankly told me that he did not say eggrolls I just believe that this is a training issue they need to slow down and make sure every customer gets a receipt regardless, if they ask for one or don’t want one . I never saw the manager in the front of the store maybe the manager should be taking the order and tell the person in the drive Thu to give back receipts . Brandon act like he had no concern of making the situation, right.

They are always very nice and fast at this location! The food was piping hot, and very good! They also followed our special instructions exactly (our son has a dairy allergy). Highly recommend this location.
Completty rude and ghetto staff , ask and paid for extra sauces and didn't recieve any with my food , the employee working the drive through literally didn't say anything just quickly handed food out window and walked off , I don't understand how people can have such bad customer service skills .

Food was horrible! They're pulling cars up to make their times look good, then they're giving you cold food after waiting over 10+ mins for fast food! On top of that, the manager Solina was rude as hell, and refused to remake my food! She told me when I should've called and filed my complaint after they made me late for work waiting on that cold nasty food! That's neither here nor there, however, I've never had an experience where something wasn't replaced if it wasn't made right. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!

I ordered two grilled chicken Philly sandwich combos. Both sandwiches were burnt. I called to ask for credit for the food and was told I had to drive 25 minutes back to their establishment or get 50% one sandwich on my next visit. The lady that said she was the store manager was literally laughing as I discussed my issue. classless establishment. Have had several issues with this restaurant and it has only gotten worse.wanted to post pictures but google wouldn't allow it.

I love Zaxby's. My favorite order is always the Big Zax Snack. I was absolutely stunned at how TINY the pieces of were. ? In the beginning the box almost wouldn't close because of the size. Yesterday, I found them hiding under the fries. I should have taken a photo, but I was in shock!

There is always a situation at this location. They always ask you to pull up even if you only ordered a side. The first time this happened I didn't say anything but it took over 15 for 2 funnel cakes. They were severely overcooked and gross. The last time all I wanted was cheese curds. They wanted me to pull into a parking spot and I refused. I asked for my money back cause it's ridiculous that you have to wait 15 mins for anything you order. He said it would only be 3 minutes and begged me not to cancel my order. He kept his word it was actually done in 3 minutes. If that is then case serve people at the window. The cars get to the spots you ask them to wait at and it's like the staff forgets they have customers waiting outside. Do better please.

Usually pretty good and the staff is pretty nice.Went back today 10/21/23 and it was delicious. The cashier Shahara was so nice as was the other young man working the front! The kitchen staff got our order perfect. Thank you for a great meal!
