Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It's been awhile since buying anything here, so my friend and I were happy to get a pair of Zensation salads. Unfortunately they left off the egg rolls on both and when we called to notify them, they didn't answer the phone after several tries. Zaxby's in general is decent, but this location always seems to have issues.

I love Zaxbys but this location is an absolute joke. I’ve given it multiple chances now, and it’s terrible every time. Service is non existent. Fries aren’t cooked. I hope they can turn it around but I’m doubtful.

Please fix your staffs attitudes as well as the intercom for the drive thru.
Just piss poor.

It was extremely slow. I have never waited that long to get my food at any other Zaxby’s.

Can’t complain much about the taste as it was cooked and it is the same at each Zaxby’s. The drive thru worker seemed to not be happy about working, but wasn’t overtly rude. Just disinterested in taking orders. I ordered 10 wings, got 8. I knew I should have checked before pulling off, but I didn’t so that is half on me. Just warning others, to take the time to check your food. They try to rush you away from the window, but when 60% of the time your order isn’t fulfilled, it saves time and headaches later to just make them be patient while you check.

Update: got my food 25 mins after it was ready. Fries were hard, worker forgot I even had a drink, forgot the order by the time I got to the window from the speaker. No straw, no napkins. Worst if it all cold food. Yay. 🙃🙃
What's the point of ordering in store pick up on the app if the doors are locked?
My food was ready at 11:42am it's now 11:56pm and I'm 4 cars in line the drive thru that's not even moving. 🙃
Literally had I not already paid I had left. Not even a sign on the door saying the inside is closed.

Paid for dinner for family and in drive thru did not get greeted and got home missing food for wife and kid! Then cheddar bites only had 3 pieces on box!!

That day was busy for employees, but they did their jobs. The food was pretty good.

Drive thru is slow, customer service is even worse. Came to the speaker and was greeted with “yes” and waited 30 minutes for my food. Would’ve canceled it if I didn’t already pay. Do not go to this location.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I would. I ordered chicken and a small kiddie grilled cheese for my five year old who was starving and just wanted a grilled cheese. They asked me to pull up to the front and I did, waited for ten minutes and they didn’t give me my food yet. I went in 4 times in the course of ONE HOUR and they said they are just waiting to finish making my grilled cheese. By this point every single car in the parking lot was gone. IT DOES NOT TAKE ONE HOUR TO PUT 2 PIECES OF BREAD TOGETHER. My toddler asked me again for the fifth time for food because she was hungry, and that’s when I finally decided this is not right and I went back in. I looked into the kitchen and I saw 5 people just standing there, talking and laughing. I asked the manager what is happening and she said my food is being made, even though the people in the back were doing absolutely NOTHING. She went back there and told them to make it and apparently this whole time they weren’t doing anything. Finally after fifteen minutes just waiting there in the store, I got my food. This is the worst “fast food” place I’ve been to in my life. If you are hungry, don’t go here, but if you have five hours to waste, please go ahead. (I hope they didn’t spit in my food)
