Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I Googled fast food near me. Zaxby’s did not appear in the results but I came here anyway. Google was right. It was not fast.

Only did drive-thru; so I am not rating the atmosphere. It seems they didn’t have enough workers yesterday.Food was good.

I’m very disappointed. I have never been to a “fast” food restaurant this slow in my life. I’m pretty good with giving grace, but to take 5 min from when I pull up to take the order ahead of me, to then take another 5 min to take my order only for me to pull around and still have 2 vehicles ahead of me waiting on their order??!? What on earth is going on in here. The poor guy at the drive through seemed clueless. I said my whole salad order but, he wasn’t listening to any of what I said. Asked me to repeat it. Then I get to the window and pay. Then he comes back 45s later to ask if he already checked me out? Then asks me to move up, but I couldn’t because the two cars ahead of me already had to move up…. My first time visiting this location and based on my experience and other reviews, to say I won’t be back here is an understatement. I’ll drive past this location and get on the highway to go to another location from now on.

Never fails…I try to avoid this location but it’s closest. Today’s experience: Take payment, ask to pull up with no food & 2 other cars pulled up in front of me so really there was no room. Obviously, this was a method so the service levels would not be impacted. Get home, barely no sauce tossed on tenders and zero seasoning on fries. This location either needs new management or you be closed.

Taking online orders only then giving mediocre service is crazy customer service pure trash no seasoning on the fries and they don’t even taste done stop hiring young lazy ppl

They’re taking ten minutes per car in the drive-thru, and there’s no way to cancel your order in the app.

Every time I come to this location there’s always an issue. Today I visited and I literally was only one in line. I asked if I could place two separate orders, the employee response was no. I then place the first order and was asked to pull forward to wait for the first order! Again no one was in the line ahead or behind me, I drove back around and placed second order. I was asked to pull forward again to wait for both orders. They brought my orders out separately! Second time was by a lady Stating she was a manager (Williamson) and asked me what the problem was when she was standing right there when the whole situation occurred. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience Just seemed as if she was trying to justify her point. Very disappointed and I will not be returning to this location.

For the last two days, we have Ordered zalads With grilled chicken for the first day didn’t get it so I went a second day, which would be today as for the two same salads, Cobb and house with grilled chicken. Well I was in a rush To get home and once I got home, I had one salad with no chicken at all, and the other salad had chicken and it was fried it wasn’t grilled. I’m extremely upset. It’s really sad that we don’t have restaurants that takes pride in their food, especially when we come to bring you business and get these kind of results.

The order was taken very simple boneless wings with sweet & spicy sauce and egg rolls. First they had my name as Lily (should have been a clue) order had garlic buffalo sauce and eggroll we got no sauce. First and last time for me here.

The food is always good here, but this is the third time I’ve come to this location and they always say they don’t do grilled chicken anymore and it’s only 830.

Zalads?? Should be Waladz for wilted. Hot foods not, even 5 minutes after pick up. Very disappointing.

Placed an order with Door Dash. Food is sealed. Got here and missing half of my order! How hard is it to cook and pack chicken and French fries. I paid to have my food delivered because I can’t drive at night! Great job ruining dinner and wasting my time and money

cashier girl Tuesday night feb 17th had a bad attitude pulling all the cars and came outside yelling and cussing at us for pulling to the wrong sign and having an attitude and left food out of our order
