Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The cashier was very good. The fries were undercooked, wings almost dry with no sauce, and we waited 30 minutes and were never served our egg rolls. Several people in line for refunds, cook was talking on the phone doing nothing. The manager was obviously not interested in improving service.

I love zaxbys, but this location is slower than Christmas. I waited in the drive through line 15 minutes after they asked me to wait with no one coming back.

Get more workers. Order more product. Its afton ridge. You know how it is. You work here everyday. Incredibly and you are always out of something. Are you going out of chicken one day?

This location always seems to be closed inside especially after the Cvd pandemic. The drive thru times are excessive (10 plus minutes) and when they pull you up (looking at 15+minutes waiting time) just to save face on their service. CHECK your order every time because the workers always seem to forget Items( sauces,utensils,side you may have ordered).

If you’re going to close at 10:30 on weekdays UPDATE YOUR WEBPAGE. Terrible service, I drove all the way here to be met with early closing when your hours are wrong and all i get is a measly dry sorry and nothing else. Not to mention the 5+ minute wait at the speaker because the people taking trash out the door didnt have the decency to say hey we’re closed. Thanks for the wasted gas

It’s called “fast food” this place is slow as molasses! Don’t understand. No one in line and yet take 20 mins to get food

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! They will take your money and then refuse to fill your order. I placed a $72 order through the Zaxby's app and shortly thereafter the driver called to tell me they were out of one of the items and because of that, the store refused to even prepare the rest of the order. They were RUDE and unwilling to do anything. I had to call the 800 number, wait on hold, and then be told it would take 10-12 business days to get my money back. Absolutely inexcusable.

Website says zaxbys closed at 11:00 PM, drove all the way to the location and was told they closed at 10:30 PM due to their summer hours no longer being effective. The lights were still on. Very upset because we drove 20 minutes from Kannapolis.

Made a line of cars wait 10 plus minutes in the drive thru to tell them that they are only accepting 3rd party orders. Great communicators, apparently.
