Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve briefly worked less than a mile from this location. I’ve given it 3 opportunities and unfortunately, every opportunity has only gotten worse. Service is extremely disorganized, lethargic, and carefree. Most recent visit I waited 45 minutes for a take out order while I watched multiple people inside receive my exact same order. Will not be returning after multiple failed attempts.

What a sad salad… the lettuce was old and all of the ingredients were scarce. More like chicken crumbs than chicken pieces, with a whole egg “in tact” just us sitting there. I’ll get back salads from the Harrisburg location next time.

I usually never do reviews for fast food but i couldn’t miss this opportunity. Had an excellent time for my first visit at zaxbys. Excellent service and food. Was greeted right away by an employee by the name of Dylan. We had an amazing conversation i will be coming back again soon 😍

Got a Cobb salad 1/2 of lettuce was dark old green leaf lettuce.no romaine lettuce at all. Worst we have ever gotten from Zaxby.

very nasty employee working the register. woman at 1:00p 9/15 just disgustingly rude when asked about how much longer my order would take when it was already past the pickup time.

I am from out of town so this was my first time at Zaxbys. When we walked in we were greeted. We ordered chicken fingers and fries. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The zaxbys sauce was a hit. I would definitely go back, I wish we had one back home.

I usually don't write reviews but I am so disappointed with this zaxby's. Food is to expensive for zaxby's to screw up your order. I ordered a zenzation salad and I got 2 salad dressing's and one was open and poured on the salad when I got home the salad was soggy from the dressing I'm hoping they did not give me someone's salad that someone ate off of. When I called to speak to the manager which I believe was an employee pretending to be a manager the person was very rude. I just can't go back there.🤑

Food came out hot and fresh. Glasses guy cashier inside was pretty cool

Don't usually write reviews after my experience here since I patron here so often. Mainly because I don't come here for the customer service. But, Khaliyah K. is possibly the worst person you can have working the drive through. I don't know who pissed her off during the lunch rush or before she got to work but my order was wrong and she was so rude I didn't even want to get it corrected. Don't know if I'll be back to this location. Foods okay, customer service worse than McDonald's. At least they let you finish your order before tryna rush you to the window.
