DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATON SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I stood in the Drive thru line for 25 mins waiting on my online order to be ready. The person at the window did not even know my order after sitting for the 25 mins. It’s terrible.

The attitude the employee's give is completely unnecessary. If you don't want to be at work don't come. No reason for me to wait 15mins for a remake of burnt Eggrolls. & the photo shown is the fresher batch. Let's just say they went straight in the trash. The girl up front needs more training. A smile will go a long way. Please hire ppl who actually want the job. Never returning. Go to kannapolis if you want to be treated like a normal person.

For some reason, this is the only location that can’t seem to make the Cobb salad, correct!! Not sure why or if they just don’t carry bacon?!? But every time they never put it on there. I thought it was a coincidence.. salad number five, still no bacon, even after asking to make sure, just didn’t check the bag

9/15/24. Walked in for a to go order around 7:15pm. Took the cashier a minute to even acknowledge me, but couldn't even look up. Witnessed him and another employee take a personal call. Finally, I received my to go order after both calls were finished...

I ordered a single meal and had multiple mistakes. Wrong drink and wrong sauce. The place wasn't even busy, but I guess I know why now..

I work near this place and today was the last straw that I come and the sign says dine in open at 10:30 am and the doors are locked & the employees have a attitude like I’m not supposed to be there says I have to spend extra money and order online because the staff is short and drive through is down as well so I ask to speak to an manager and she lies and says the manager isn’t there I’m a manager myself so in order to open the store a manager has to be there because their the only ones who hold a key.. so did the employee break into the store to get in?!?!? I want cooperate number and or want to speak with someone from corporate I just wasted 15 minutes of my break walking over here just to be told I can’t order from the inside and just a reminder I’ve given this location 6 tries before leaving this review I should’ve posted this review on the third time but I use to work fast food so I get it but 6 times in 3 months I couldn’t let this slide again I HOPE CORPORATE SEES THIS AND GETS STAFF PAY PEOPLE MORE DO WHAT EVER YOU NEED TO DO TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS REVIEW WILL REACH MANY AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Terrible customer service! Sit in drive thru 10 minutes nobody never answered! Then went inside the employees laughing talking line long and not moving! Go back go through drive thru blow horn just to be told they waiting on food! I will never ever come back to this store

The worse Zaxby’s I’ve ever gone to. Me and several other customers just drove off after waiting in line for 30 minutes. A young girl spoke on the speaker asking to be given a minute and never came back on. You could see the staff walking around the restaurant. Where is management???
