We've been here, before and loved the make-over. The food is plentiful and extremely tasty. The waiter was on the spot and had salsa, drinks, and chips always filled. The pricing is about average with the other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend the Camarones a la Tocineta (bacon wrapped shrimp)!
I love the torta cubana at Mexican restaurants. I ordered it here once and it was great!! The second time, there were interesting additions and I took the ingredients out and ate it like it was the first time. There were sliced carrots and a partly fried hotdog on the sandwich. The new ingredients were not good and not in line with what I’m used to for this meal at other restaurants and at this one, too be clear. This was our first time here, but it definitely won't be our last. The salsa was great, it had a smoky flavor without being too spicy. My wife loved the carnitas tacos, they were juicy and very flavorful. I had the El Tejano burrito and my son got the Texano fajitas and they were both great.
