Shout-out to the crew working August 28th 2025 around 11:15. Homie running the window gave impeccable service and they also loaded me up big time on cheddar bites. Hands down the best looking burger I've had from cookout. Tasted great as usual.

i come here often and usually get the same thing, but this time part of the burger patty looked a bit raw - i dont mind because i can just not eat it but some other ppl will get really bothered by it

Got the wrong food the other night and went back up to the store when I had the time after work and the manager Kayleigh was awesome and was happy to fix the mistake even though she didn’t mess it up or know anything about it🤗. We come through this location at least once a week, most of the time it’s late night and we always see a smile on her face and the customer service is always amazing we leave with a smile on our face everytime we go! ☺️I was not that upset about...
