Food is good. But server gave us wrong information about specials, and had to pay the extra because of bad communication. When we told the manager, she did nothing. And 1 of our party of 10 waited 45 minutes to get the right meal she ordered while the rest of us had our meal. There was no offer to ammend. Poor, poor. You can have it and that manager. No wonder it wasn't as busy as it used to be.

I was in Conover for the first time and took a client out to lunch at Dos Amigos. I liked the bar, and if I was in the area again, I would sit at the bar and have a margarita. For my meal, I had the carnitas, and the pork was delicious. It also comes with rice and beans. Dos Amigos is a very nice Mexican restaurant, and I would come back.

I have been in this restaurant twice and couldn't review it before, and I don't want to skip this review because the food is great, but the service is beyond great. When we went there, our servers were the first time, Juan Camilio, and the second time Jackie, and they are both great. The service was impecable. So far, everyone is being very respectful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend this place. Even if you have health problems and are hard to be in public or around people... they make you feel welcome and relax. Going back to the food.. tasty and delicious. I have some pictures but forgot to take pictures of everything ?. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking.

Our server was amazing ? she was very attentive and so pleasant with my Mother in Law celebrating her birthday. Not only was the food SOO GOOD, it was also quick and DELICIOUS. Our server caught on we were celebrating ? a birthday and made sure they made the end of the meal SPECIAL as well!!Kid-friendliness: They always love to interact with kids at this location!!
I went here today with a client. We sat for a few minutes before chips or drinks arrived... but they were slammed. Our server was sweet and just attentive enough. What I ordered was not what I expected, they were right, but it was delicious. My client did not like his meal and told the server at the end of the meal. The server was apologetic and offered another meal, which was declined because we were leaving.The problem lies with the check. My client had me get the manager to complain. The manager was polite and professional while explaining why the check was like that, however she comped his meal.As much as we dislike difficult patrons, they handled it wonderfully.
