Busy today around 4. Ordered on the go and told them I was there at the drive thru. But thought I could get it faster at the walk up window. They was too busy for that. Lol. I should have stayed in the drive thru lane. I hope they get paid enough for what they do.

This location is horrible. Seems like ever since the original workers left that were there when it opened this location has went to the dumps. The drive thru is nothing but a cluster and slower than …. After you wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes get to the window just to realize they have messed up your order and than want to proceed to tell you they charged you for something different and “and by the way we have no more of that energy syrup” shouldn’t of that been said at the beginning of the order so the customer would of go the option to not place the order and leave? But instead charge for something different and than can’t correct it because you don’t have the correct syrup and etc. Management needs to seriously figure out what is going on at this location.

This place used to be good. The other day I ordered two pieces of avocado toast with fried egg on top, and neither slice had that. Today my bagel was so freaking hard I couldn’t eat it 🙄

Had a really disappointing experience at the Conover Dunkin’ this morning. I placed a mobile order and waited by the pickup window. It was busy, and a few other customers were complaining about the wait, but I didn’t mind.

While waiting for our hot food, I looked through the window to see if our order was being made. The manager, Hope, came outside and accused me of “talking trash” and claimed she could read my lips. I wasn’t even speaking about the wait or responding to anyone.

It was rude, unprofessional, and made the experience very uncomfortable. I’ve always respected people in customer service, so to be treated like that was frustrating.

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ fan for years, but this visit left a bad impression. Dunkin’ can do better

After working at a pharmacy I became understanding of workers and customers. All you have to do is ask nicely, which I did. I asked for the regular milk in my latte to be switch to what I had ordered which was oat milk. I even told the worker that I probably didn’t say it loud enough, ultimately not putting the blame on them. However, I was met with rude service and hesitation for 3 minutes to remake the coffee. I am currently pregnant and can not have any whole milk, I find it very unprofessional and rude. Training needs to be enforced and emphasize customer service. I was also given the drink in the same cup I had ordered which is unsanitary as well. I could only imagine if a person with a dairy allergy received back the same cup and had an allergic reaction.

i used to love coming to this dunkin. but i would say about the past month is has been terrible. i used to ask for light ice and NEVER put light ice. every single time. today i went to get a large matcha and PAYED for a large. they gave it to me at the window and this is what it looked like…haven’t even took a sip yet. the girl at the window proceeded to say “idk why it’s like that” and walks away and the window closes…she starts taking someone else’s order and didn’t even offer to fix it after she sees it’s not complete full. worst dunkin i have been to. managers and leadership need to step up.

The customer service here is horrible. When I got to the windows. I asked if they had chocolate milk. Was told yes but that I couldn't add it to my order that I would have to get to the back of the line if I wanted to add 2 milks to my already $30 order. What a joke.

I arrived at 7am just got off work from the FD been up all night. I was the only one in the drive through line and I don’t get Dunkin’ very often so I was a little slow trying to order, and as I was trying to complete my order, little miss priss said “omg dude.” I said excuse me and she didn’t say anything back so I said to cancel my order and drove off. Learn some customer service or atleast learn to use the push to talk on your headset. I will never eat at this establishment again and I will tell anyone who will listen.

I received an attitude from the lady taking my order, Then proceeded to wait for straws for ten minutes, Then have to physically reach inside and grab a straw myself.

Really used to love coming here until today when I assume the manager, Hope, very rudely asked me what I was waiting on outside the door. I told her I was waiting on a mobile order. After finding that my order somehow got stickered to the shelf and then forgotten about, her tone changed. I didn’t appreciate the attitude right of the gate and after how the last several visits have gone, I will not be giving this location another chance.

Not sure why this location has got so bad and the drive thru always has long wait times?! We have now been sitting in the drive thru for 15 min after placing our order.

Don’t recommend coming to this Dunkin, person doing the drive thru was rude. Got our drinks and tasted like dirt water. Came back and asked to remake the drinks with more syrup and only one of them were fixed. Still tasted like crap.
