Very rude. Got snotty about a large order. Started talking rudely back to us. Also started talking to other employees about our order.
as someone who used to work at dunkin this is the absolute worst location. i come here almost everyday and not once has my order been correct. i have to send my drink back every time. i order a large signature latte, they hand me a medium regular latte. i tell them, they hand me a large cup with the same drink and just added ice. i didn’t do that to people when i worked at Dunkin.. i order a raspberry refresher they give me strawberry dragon fruit. i don’t understand how you can be this bad. the staff used to be good 6 months ago but now it’s pathetic . they get upset when THEY mess up your drink. managers seriously need to help this staff out.

It seems like every time I go to this location and order a berry burst it is nothing but sparkling water with maybe a tab bit of syrup. The label on my drink says 6 pumps which there is no way this is 6 pumps. Either the people working here just don’t care or they don’t pay attention on how to make the drinks and/or food. I would attach a picture but it will not allow me to.

Workers have no common sense, I sat there for 6 minutes and still got my order wrong and there was no manager there on 2-19 about 11:35 and sometimes I get old coffee

I ordered the Snackin Bacon and received a tiny portion of burnt bacon! This is pure and simple laziness. Someone should be fired for selling food that isn't fit to eat!

Window attendant was very rude and coffee was mediocre.
Over all the drink I ordered tasted great it’s just the overall experience. The crew members are rude and no personality. The manager spends her time on her phone even with customers at the window. When making a complaint you just get email saying I’ll replace your order on me from the manager you complain about. The team and culture needs to change. Has been this way for a long time.

My friend found a dead mouse in the bottom of their iced coffee a few weeks ago. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Never go to this location.

I always do mobile orders and it never fails their service is soo slow! Takes 30-45min to get through the drive thru. My iced coffee 9 times out of 10 has no ice left in it due to they take forever to service people.

This place fell apart since new employees. I used to go here often, as it is closer to where I work. However, service had gotten slow. Placed a Mobile ordered last week and it took them over 30 mins to get my order. Decided to go back today for my usual ice butter pecan latte, and they gave me the wrong drink. The drink looks like an ice mocha coffee, but chalky and tastes like a chocolate milk.
Ordered for Bavarian cream and was asked if I want the powdered one or the chocolate. I thought the chocolate is called Boston kreme, and is different than bavarian.
Anyway, I went ahead and said that I want the powdered one. I drove to the window, paid, got my order, and of course, I got the Boston kreme.

I am a dedicated Dunkin lover and rarely have a negative thing to say about their service or food however this location was different. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. I placed a mobile order and did not receive my food until 30 minutes later. When I arrived, it is only a drive-thru or walk up option. There was a line at the pickup window for just mobile orders, there was a line all the way out into the road for the drive through. If you decide to place a mobile order at this location, I recommend you do it 30 minutes in advance and still plan to wait an additional 10 minutes for your food. And they will not tell you your food is ready, you have to walk up to the window and asked. My food was sitting there for 20 minutes and no one calls my name or anything.

Good service. I use the app and order ahead. I stop here EVERY 4th Saturday (work schedule. They aren't open when I go by during the week) . I used to hit Dunkin everyday. With my current job, the schedule doesn't allow it. But on my weekend rotation, I make up for it! Friendly staff, my food is always ready. I use the rewards in the app for a couple extras. (I pick up for more than myself on weekends, that's how I have the reward points. I knew what you were thinking) I love Dunkin! They've been my go to for 10+ years. When they put Dunkin in local gas stations, they got me. That blueberry coffee and iced tea won me from the get go! When they finally built stand alone shops, it was a no brainer for me. Thanks Dunkin! I love the Wicked Awesome 40 Tumbler!
Parking: There's plenty of parking, but it's a drive thru. Google wanted parking advice. Well, it's hard to walk through a drive thru and get service. Park and eat I guess? Does that answer your question, Google?
