Just waited in line for 10 minutes and the girl said she couldn't take any orders until another employee showed up. Said she was under staffed at the moment. JUST CLOSE THE STORE and quit making people wait in line to be disappointed. Obviously a Very poorly managed store!

I normally have a pleasant experience with wonderful employees who are friendly and kind, but today was different. Now the ladies working did not say anything rude but the one taking my money didn’t even make eye contact with me, she handed me my card back, drink, and receipt without even turning to face me. I almost dropped my drink and when I was smiling and saying thank you she still ignored me. Once my bacon was ready the girl who handed it to me was not smiling but only said “it’s hot.” No one said have a good day or any thing nice during our transaction. The bacon was burnt but after seeing their customer service skills I decided not to even deal with trying to get it corrected. I hope whatever is going on with those ladies gets better so they can be a bit more friendly to customers.

Was really disappointed in the donuts we received. They had a very chemically taste and were very heavy. Donuts should be light and fluffy. Not very pleasing and won't try again.

Freshest Dunkin Donuts Shop anywhere. All their pastry goodies are made ON-SITE, not delivered. They batch 'em up twice a day all summer long, and three or more times a day all thru the winter season. Serious YUMMY ?. It's hard to get into the facilities right now (end of 2023) because of extensive construction being done by the various cities and towns around them on the roads, streets, and freeways all around them, but that's not keeping the regulars away and it shouldn't keep you away either. Go there and indulge yourself in the Dunkin Donuts sinfully rich delights available there, FRESH DAILY.

I get a small frozen caramel coffee. First time, GREAT, second time was from the HKY dunkin, AMAZING. This morning from your store it was the NASTIEST coffee I ever tasted and the consistency change EVERY TIME I order.
