I was getting my car inspected at Valvoline and saw an opportunity to try El Vaquero taco truck that I had been eyeing for some time. I ordered three tacos pastor and it only took five minutes - faster than most other taco trucks I've experienced. It was a hot summer day but I was nice and cool because there is a nice shade tree right in front of the truck and they have a couple of tables with umbrellas. The tacos came with extra grilled onions and cucumbers placed in some foil on top of the tacos. The tacos each had two corn tortillas and the flavor was spot on. The green sauce was awesome! I will certainly be back and I can recommend to to any one who like a quick taco!

Standard food truck, very good food. I got the pastor burrito, came with about a half cup of rice flavored with chicken bouillon on the side and the burrito itself was very filling and flavorful. The red salsa is mildly intense with building heat and adds a good kick. Costed $10.70 without a tip option, able to use Apple Pay.
