Fresh Chef Kitchen

We happened upon fresh chef and decided to stop and try it. The service was amazing, atmosphere is great, food was AMAZING we had gumbo and shrimp with grits which is something that’s usually hit or miss most places, but they nailed it and we will definitely be back. Shout out to Elaine who was so friendly!!!!

Managers should know how how to delegate there business. If you have 4 cooks all of them should not be focused on your tables. When you also have mobile orders waiting and no one assigned to worked on them. Very unorganized.

We had about 18 or so people for a BIG celebration-----the wait staff were friendly, efficient,----the service was excellent and the food was brought out quickly and was delicious!

Awesome dining experience, will certainly be back there soon. Food was top class!!!

Best burger in Catawba County and even better service!

We always enjoy our meal a Fresh Chef in Conover. My husband always loves the teriyaki steak. I ordered just sides today and they were delicious. Their French onion soup is outstanding. The white stone ground grits are delicious too.

It was amazing! My husband and I just ate there on our way to Asheville. I had a grilled romaine salad with chicken, blue cheese, sun-dried tomatoes. My husband had a filet black & blue wrap with shoestring fries that reminded him of our trip to Paris. +3 glasses of wine: $59 +tip. Yep!!

Love this place, cozy and good food. Nice atmosphere.

Has been our favorite place in conover. Came in today just before 12 . Sat at bar , two people already at bar. We waited 8 minutes. I got hostess attention and shrugged my shoulders No response.
No one ever acknowledged we were there. We walked out, hostess told us to have a nice day. I was disappointed

Always have a great experience at fresh chef

We don't live in the local area; however, when traveling through or visiting in the area, we always choose to dine at Fresh Chef Kitchen. In addition to their regular menu, they always have such wonderful specials. The cocktail/beer/wine list is varied and very extensive. The service has always been excellent and have never been disappointed with any food ordered. Everything served here tastes and looks fresh. It's a pleasurable experience to eat food that is healthy, great-tasting, and very appealing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great-tasting fresh meal at affordable prices and excellent service.

We came for a birthday weekend and had an amazing time. After a relaxing day it was awesome to come back to our Airbnb and have a wonderful catered meal. It was delicious, the Cajun pasta, stuffed papadews, and salmon bites were the favorites. I personally love the mini wellingtons. I would skip the pasta salad next time but other than that, delivery was prompt, they set everything up and were very communicative.
