Horrible experience and I should have known after waiting 20 to order food with an empty lobby and 20 more minutes for my food. The fries taste fish. I'm allergic to fish and I know it's against policy to cook fish in the fry oil. Newton/Conover Hardee's literally just ruined my whole order. First time having Hardee's in 3 years and it's a huge disappointment. And last but not least the whole restaurant specially the door way smell like old mop water. Every worker in there looked high as hell.

Empty restaurant and they still managed to screw up my order. And give me a lukewarm (incorrect) sandwich. I guess I should be thankful the fries were fresh

Placed my order online, while I was in the parking lot, got in and I'm still here waiting for my food after 20 minutes. Someone else got after me and another guy and he got his burger right away, the 3 ladies working here are going at slow motion, especially the one in the kitchen, she forgot to make my burger.

First time eating at Hardee’s in roughly 20 years. It was bad. The fries were cold, old and broken. The bun was stale and cold. The “hot” ham and cheese was cold and the cheese unmelted. The lady at the drive thru was cold and unfriendly. Parking lot and drive thru was empty. Now I know why.

Food was okay though the tenders were burnt and hard, the cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh. My real complaint is the don’t tell you you have to pay extra for lemonade because the don’t have fountain lemonade and there attitudes suck in there customer service is something they must not care about.

We stopped today for lunch. Wasn't many cars in the parking lot. So we drove in and ordered the advertised $5.99 bag. We chose the the double cheese burgers. We were surprised to be told to pull out of the drive thru line and wait for our meal. Thinking we were going to get fresh cooked burgers and fries, we were seriously disappointed. What we got was burnt cold burgers that didn't melt the cheese, and luke warm fries. The unsweet tea was good, but not worth the $12.00+ we paid.
Bad Day I Guess....We unfortunately will not be back.
