The tables and floors could be less sticky. Food is great for the great price nothing was expensive. Not a great place for coffee.

Had to pull over at the drive thru to wait on our food. After about 5 min they brought it out. The burger was so cold the cheese wasn't melted. The fries practically had icicles on them and the bun was hard enough to knock a person out. I know it's Hardee's, but I actually like them when you can get decent service.

Abysmally slow service. 20 plus minutes for a single burger is ridiculous. Restaurant needs to be shut down in staff need to be retrained. There are five people working in that entire store and they can't get an order out in under 15 minutes

The manager she is black I think the employees was calling her Shay anyways she is very rude to her employees she always has a stank look on her face and 2 of the employees was talking saying how disrespectful she was and they was gonna quit and on top of that the food was cold and nasty I would never come back her the employee should get a raise off how welcoming and kind they was even with the food being nasty they even open doors for you and sometimes bring the food to you. But

I ordered the Frisco sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. My sandwhich was room temperature at best. The cheese was cold and didn't melt. Not a very good sandwich. I think I was there about 8:30 AM on Thursday 8/21/25.
I had to wait a few minutes which I don't at all. I received excellent service from the young lady behind the counter.
