$5 for a small milkshake for a belated birthday gift was rediculously high price. I could have bought Bryers Ice Cream, cookies and milk and made far more than 12 ounces of both milkshakes. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good Old Jack in the Box!!! Very friendly service. Still tastes like my teenage years. Best fries and burgers and what is in those fantastic tacos that makes me so happy 😋

The service is better than the food. I ordered the smash burger combo without bacon and a sprite. The fries were horrible and the burger was old. The young lady at the window was excellent. The parking lot was clean and the external portion of the building was clean. The meal was $13.15 and I almost turned around and brought the order back because of how horrible it was.

Came to this jack in the box at 8 am there was one car in the parking lot and the doors were still locked.
I have never been so displeased with fast food before. The service is ridiculously slow. My order was incorrect. The person working the mic is only helping one person from the intercom all the way to the window at a time. The lobby was closed by 8:15pm which forced me to get back in line to get my order corrected. I spent $30 on food that isn’t even hot, it’s warm. The fries are clearly old. In total I spent over 30 minutes getting my food and getting it properly made. I will never be returning to this location. What makes this even worse is I came here with a friend and they experienced the same service and incorrectly made order. I don’t know is responsible for this, whether it’s the order taker, the cooks, or the manager. Clearly this location isn’t properly staffed nor is order accuracy a priority. Luckily we caught these mistakes before the food was ingested otherwise we would have been in the hospital tonight.

Whatever you do...DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS RESTAURANT AT NIGHT. They do NOT seal your food and food will be missing. I have ordered at bight 3 times and all 3 times I have had issues.

We went through the drive thru and it took awhile, maybe 10 minutes - 2 cars ahead of us, so we figured that was why our shake was melted when she handed it to us so we did not say anything. We had also ordered 2 sausage croissant meals. We were already home when we noticed the mistake that we had received ham and bacon croissants instead. I called to speak to someone but it went to voicemail so I left a message. I want to add that there seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance on the outside and around the grounds. The employees are usually very friendly, so that is a nice. I probably have high expectations since I used to be Manager elsewhere.

I spend more time waiting in the drive thru for an employee to greet me than I do eating the food I get from here. It doesn’t make any sense. I can always come in and help with my own order but I’m sure that isn’t allowed. Please figure something out and stop wasting precious time. God bless
