We went through the drive thru and it took awhile, maybe 10 minutes - 2 cars ahead of us, so we figured that was why our shake was melted when she handed it to us so we did not say anything. We had also ordered 2 sausage croissant meals. We were already home when we noticed the mistake that we had received ham and bacon croissants instead. I called to speak to someone but it went to voicemail so I left a message. I want to add that there seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance on the outside and around the grounds. The employees are usually very friendly, so that is a nice. I probably have high expectations since I used to be Manager elsewhere.

I spend more time waiting in the drive thru for an employee to greet me than I do eating the food I get from here. It doesn’t make any sense. I can always come in and help with my own order but I’m sure that isn’t allowed. Please figure something out and stop wasting precious time. God bless

Went thru and order some tiny tacos and they didn’t have the sauce for the tiny tacos then asked if I wanted ranch so I said yes and they couldn’t even give me my damn ranch this is literally pathetic yall need to do better

Food was fine but the cashier in the drive thru tried to give me the incorrect change. Then the manager attempted to take the cashiers side. Then the reciprocal wouldn't print. So i waited till they pulled out a calculator. $13.35 for the order $20.35 paid. I even got out of the car after the person dropped the change to pick it up off the ground. Tried to give me back $6 and some change. I'm very sure it should be $7. Even with a calculator they tried to give me back the wrong change. Took a few minutes to get them to understand.

Not sure if they just areslow people or no people but.... yeah slow service. Plan on waiting. And no breakfast burrito for lunch....it's an all day menu but not there.

This place never open at 6am. Was here 630am and never open. Waste my time coming here multiple times. I say zero star.

Came at 10:55 employees outside in the cars nobody would take my order I kept beeping and calling employees just watched me as I left the place should really need to undergo review starting from the general manager down to the regional manager because this was ridiculous

Wow this place takes forever everytime I come here. I even sometimes place mobile orders and still have to wait 20+ minutes it’s ridiculous. If you come here be willing to wait 20+ minutes for just one burger.
