Haven't had Jack in the box in a while. The wait was terrible over 10 minutes... Burger was good but fries and bacon were not crisp.I'm big about crispy fries, we been accepting greasy limp fries from fast food for too long!!

Place my order online. Sat there for 16 minutes and they didn't start it until I told them I placed a mobile order. Then waited another 20 minutes for them to actually make the food. I will not return, and I will not go to any other Jack in the box. Oh and to make matters worse, they messed up the order.

Stood there waiting to order- several staff looked at me. Never acknowledged or said I would be right with me or anything. Three staff literally looked right at me and walked away without a word. So tired of people being disrespectful and just completely ignoring anyone is there.

They aren’t open when they say they are supposed to be, drive through only. I drive a big rig can’t to drive through. If you’re not going to open the lobby maybe make a note of that on the door so we don’t waste our time. 0

Food tasted good, was sad that there was no tacos available. I was told that the tacos were on lock. That a manger had not unlocked them (in the system) we don’t live near by a Jack in the Box. There was no assistance or guidance on whether she could get a manger to unlock these.
