I am very disappointed with the service I recieved here tonight 12/23/24. I usually never have an issue with this location, and it's one of my favorite McDonald's in the local area. I placed a mobile order and was parked in spot 2.
It took over 2o minutes for the food to come out. I even placed the order before I got there. I ordered 2 Frapes and both were melted. They didn't put my daughters nuggets in the bag. No straws. And the worst part was the girl who brought out my order.
She went to the passenger side window instead of my driver side. And was banging like the police on my window. I rolled the window down, confirmed and name and practically threw my order in my car. The food was terrible, not fresh tasting and cold. With the order totally over $40 I was not very satisfied with the quality.

Came and got food tonight (12.17.24) worker on speaker was rude, got to window the window stayed open and my food was by window it’s cold out, took awhile for someone to tar payment when they did they shoved the food and my card at me while yelling and arguing with crew member. Fries was cold burger and mcchicken was cold as well.Every time I come to this McDonald’s there’s always issues!

First my Dad order sausage and gravy Biscuits. They gave him a spoon full of gravy for it. Dad went and asked for more and they said he would have to buy more gravy. She was rude as well. Dad threw it away. I ordered just after him my number was 265. My Biscuits wasn't cooked and my chicken for both my chicken Biscuits. Then my milk tasted spoiled. Probably going to call corp. On this Monday. Worse experience for two veterans and one a senior citizen. I tried talking to the manager and she didn't want to hear us out really.

I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken mcgriddle. I recieved an oatmeal and told the crew member that I had ordered a chicken mcgriddle and not the oatmeal. She handed me the correct sandwich, then I asked her if I had paid for the wrong order. She went to the other register in the back of the store and came back to the window I was at and told me not to worry about it. So I left bc I needed to get to work. I didn't get a receipt but when I checked my bank account I was charged for the oatmeal which cost more that my chicken mcgriddle. I just thought the whole situation was annoying. I should have just kept the oatmeal since it cost more.

Went through drive through they forgot one of my burgers went back in lady kept arguing over the receipt instead of just making it when I was in drive through pulled up to check my food and saw it wasn’t in there pulled straight back in they was arguing with me talking back and being rude and wanting to verify it like I’m stealing something like dang people it’s a McDouble get your crap together
