It’s a manager here that’s very rude and inconsiderate. I’m very disappointed and will never be back at this restaurant again there’s no number to speak with someone over top of her to explain the situation that happened that I’m sure they would fire her for, but she refused to give me a number or her name stay away from this McDonald’s if you’re ready to have a bad experience in their drive-thru

this is honestly one of the saddest mcdonalds in the area, this one is the closet to me, but I’d rather drive 10 extra minutes to another, solely put the service,food,drinks. everything is terrible. especially on morning shifts, you have employees looking at you like your crazy or mad at the world, you have employees jumping in front of you and not saying excuse me, you have employees staring at customers and making faces, not to mention they can’t get your order right at ALL! you always have to constantly repeat yourself over the simplest things, and your order still is never right😂, it’s just awful!, and to clarify it’s the morning shift around 7am and up, I never have any issues with 3rd or 2nd!

They can't get your order right at this place. We ordered 1 daily burger, 2 bacon cheese burgers, and three chicken strips. When handed over as ready, chicken strips missing. Wait for the strips to be added. Leave and back to the hotel. Bacon cheese burgers are just regular cheese burgers, 3 chicken strips are 4 chicken strips. Sad to find out that McDonald's in the US is just as bad as it was in France

Terrible service. Ordered a coffee and a gravy biscuit. They had me pull up for my coffee to space one and then I sat there for 6 to 10 mins as ever one else passed me with their orders. Making me late to work and so on. Had to go inside and ask for my drink a get it's busy and it's a stressful job but come on.

This McDonald’s has a great atmosphere and is very clean. Once again I had to stop here and change clothes. I wish these new places to put your boats in came with at least a Porta potty.
I came in to get a snack and change my clothes for the long ride home. Once again me and my sister had been kayaking on Lake Norman. When I stop anywhere to use their facilities I always try and buy something.
I have talked about how much I appreciate this McDonald’s before. I took some new pictures. It is very new and everything is pretty. The sun was in my eyes. The pictures aren’t great.
The only thing I had a problem with was the price. When I ordered a medium sprite. I was told “size not available. This size only.” One size. That was all?? Then I ordered a small fry. “This size is not available. We only have the large. If you want it this is what you get”.
So that was kinda confusing. So instead of spending under $5 dollars for a drink and fries. I spent over $6.00. Which I didn’t understand.
Remember when it was on the dollar menu??
What’s up? I really left wondering when I got to my car about the size thing. Did I just get ripped off? I had never been told “this size or nothing”. And then it wasn’t a very nice experience.
But because I stop here all the time and usually they are nice and the bathroom is always clean. I’m still giving them a 4.
