How hard is it to count McDoubles how many times I go to that place how many times in or drive-through or whatever you order six you get four and it always happens when I’m in a hurry that they short me and I don’t realize it till I get home Then I have to drive all the way back up there to get my two that they shorten me and I realize it’s only a couple dollars but when you do it about I don’t know 10 or 20 times a year. It adds up. It gets almost close to $100 this place would get no stars if I had anything to do with it it’s aggravating and then they call you a liar when you go back up there and try to point it out.

Nothing to write home about. Staff is definitely overpaid, couldn't figure out 10+5 = 15. No trash cans outside on the premises, absolutely ZERO parking. All spaces reserved for: McD delivery drivers, people picking up online orders and people waiting for drive-through orders to be brought outside. No other parking spaces available. Food was not worth the money: fish was close to still being raw - it was almost trying to swim, luckily, there was NO tartar sauce on the fish filet, so it couldn't drown - and the fries were not only cold, they were placed upside down in the take-out bag.
Never thought, it took Einstein to figure out, how to work at a fast food place. But evidently, the staff at this McDonald's location need a refresher course or have their hourly pay reduced to $5/hr.

I stopped at the McDonalds off Fairgrove Rd. in Conover this morning and was completely disrespected by 3 staff members ,2 of which were managers. I tried to use the mobile app as well as use the BOGO promotion for completing a survey that's on some locations receipts. I've used both the mobile app and the receipt promotion numerous times at several different McDonald's locations and have never had any issues in doing so until I came to this location. First an employee was rude to me when I first made my order and then told me that I couldn't use 2 promotions on the same order . I told them that was fine that I'd just use the BOGO promotion and not the mobile app promotion. They then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a choice as to which promotion I'd use because they had already typed in the code for the mobile app promotion. Then they sent a manger to the windows who was equally just as rude as the 1st lady. They then had a 2nd manager come to the window to be rude and unprofessional! It's my personal opinion that the managerial staff should be fired and have some new more professional employees hired .

The slowest McDonald’s this side of earth. 30 mins for chicken nuggets and fries while 4 other cars have already gone through drive thru while I wait in drive thru reserved spot 3.
