Went for the first time and was not impressed. We will not be back. It took a bit to be seated but that isn't a big deal.The waitress seemed new and couldn't answer any questions.My food was ok, nothing special, noodles with chicken. The chicken was slightly over cooked. My husband's meal was beyond awful. He ordered steak and scallops with rice and veggies. The steak was ordered med and came out extra well done. I'm not an expert, but I know enough to know what was supposed to be a scallop was actually pollack.It's not worth the money or time in my opinion.

For the second time my order was wrong. The first time I ordered, I requested the carrots be grilled and it wasn’t. This second time around, I requested the teriyaki shrimp and carrot be grilled and that was once again not the case. I also ordered tapanyaki chicken with broccoli and over half the chicken pieces came with ligaments and the broccoli was so overcooked it was mushy. When I called, the only response I got was “sorry”. I know it is the cook’s responsibility not the server or hostess, but the restaurant did not bother to make right. I won’t be eating there ever again- all they care is the you paid regardless of whether the order is correct. The owner fails to hold the quality of the food to a high standard and the chef is incapable of making food.

Place was good looking and staff were nice but didn’t give us any menus for sushi until we asked multiple times. Then proceeded to tell us they were out of rice. It’s a hibachi and sushi place and they don’t have rice. Ridiculous.

It was the first time dining at Nagano and we were very impressed. The restaurant was very nice, the waitress was very helpful, friendly and took great care of us. The food was great. Good size portion for the price. We will definitely dine here again.

I came to eat here after a great gym session. I wouldn’t recommend this particular Japanese restaurant. The food was made sloppily on top of huge prices of cabbage in my chicken teriyaki with hardly any chicken. Carrots did not come with my order since it was low carb so I paid extra for an add on. I was given a clamshell full of watery carrots that weren’t sweet and looked as if they had been sitting all day. My meal was drenched in teriyaki sauce and watery. Won’t eat here again.
