Great food and great service. I had the gyro platter and it was more than I could eat. I’ve never had a bad meal here.

My husband and I dined at Palermo’s for the first time & we were absolutely impressed. We ordered the fried pickles, bone in wings (medium/garlic parm) and the meat lovers Stromboli. Everything was delicious! Service was also great. We’re so excited to come back 🙂

First time eating here and I wasn't impressed with my entree. I got the fettuccine, no chicken, and it was really bland. It's missing something. The salad had hard bits, but the garlic bread was very good. My mother got the stuffed shells with meat sauce. It was pretty tasty.

Walked in, saw a lady that worked there, eating from a customers plate that she was dumping into a trash can.

Awesome experience here. Food was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly. Their breading is the best in the area!!

We stumbled on this restaurant while driving between Asheville and home in Cary.
The server who met us was super nice and helped us order. I had a lab gyro and my wife has a lamb plate. Both were delicious

Nice family run resturant with quality Italian food. They were very accommodating of my dietary needs. The poofy bread was a neat attraction for the kids. One kid made a whole meal off of the Garlic Knots. I would recommend the Shrimp Ala Rosa Mario if you like rosemary and garlic.

I had high hopes for this Italian restaurant, but it completely missed the mark. We had the Tour of Italy and the lasagna was the biggest letdown — the meat was bland and lacked any seasoning, making it almost inedible. On top of that, the Chicken Rosa Maria was overloaded with mushrooms, which completely overpowered the dish and there was no Alfredo sauce in our noodles, only the mushroom sauce . It tasted nothing like what was advertised. Sadly, this meal was a waste of both time and money. Definitely won’t be returning.
