Great Place Clean & Fresh in Hickory The Food is so Delicious Specially is Pho so delicious. My family and my friends love Hot Pho so much! My daughter is rarely enjoying but She Loves Hot Pho in Hickory now and 2 days already she asked me driving her there for Pho and Spring Rolls.

My favorite place to eat Pho in hickory, more or less my favorite restaurant. It’s light and delicious every time and I love the staff, they are kind and remember faces. I always get chicken pho, vegetables fried egg rolls, and Thai tea boba. The atmosphere is very cozy and I always feel comfortable eating there, everything is warm and welcoming. I always tell friends about it and bring them when I can, it’s simple and delicious food! Prices are always reasonable and so are the portions, me and my fiancé love coming here all the time and i highly recommend it!!

Drawn in by its popularity. The dining area is charming, with a large aquarium adding a unique and relaxing touch. The restaurant seems to embrace diversity, which is great to see, though our server, who appeared to be of Mexican descent, seemed unfamiliar with the menu and a bit awkward in their role, which affected the experience slightly.
As for the food, it was decent but not spectacular. While the dishes were prepared well, they lacked the bold flavors I typically expect from Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, it’s a lovely spot with a lot of potential, but the food and service could use a bit more polish to match the inviting atmosphere.

This place has become one of my absolute favorite restaurants in all of NC! Their pho is awesome and it’s super convenient that they have 4-5 sizes to choose from so you can cater to how hungry you are that day and possibly even save a few bucks, never seen another pho place with that many size options here or where I used to live back in Hawaii! Last month when my parents flew up from Hawaii to visit, this is the one place I knew I had to have them go to and also so that we could try the roast duck (don’t see that on the menu at all around these here parts). It was a smash hit and we all agreed the duck was just as good if not better than any roast duck we had back in the islands. Their rolls and the fried tofu are also great appetizers as well. Cannot recommend enough to folks! Hands down a must go to in the area.
I had the Vit Quay (1/2 duck). It was some of the best duck I have eaten anywhere. Skin was super crispy and the meat was tender and juicy. Most restaurants can't get duck right. This one does.

From out of town and took my mom and mother in law for early mother's day brunch. Ordered #33 pho (combo of rare beef, eye round beef, tendons, meatballs, and tripe - had requested rare beef on the side for mine), #48 pho seafood combo, #8 rice dish of grilled pork, eggroll, shrimp, and fried egg, pho meatball, matcha boba, milk tea, iced coffee, and mangonada. Everything was delicious and finally out of most places pho had all the meat I was looking for. Service was excellent too as our waiter was attentive and food came out pretty quick. We had a group of 6 ans gratuity was automatically added at 18% - should anyone need the info on this. Would definitely come back to get my pho on!
