My favorite place to eat Pho in hickory, more or less my favorite restaurant. It’s light and delicious every time and I love the staff, they are kind and remember faces. I always get chicken pho, vegetables fried egg rolls, and Thai tea boba. The atmosphere is very cozy and I always feel comfortable eating there, everything is warm and welcoming. Drawn in by its popularity. The dining area is charming, with a large aquarium adding a unique and relaxing touch. The restaurant seems to embrace diversity, which is great to see, though our server, who appeared to be of Mexican descent, seemed unfamiliar with the menu and a bit awkward in their role, which affected the experience slightly.
