The young men making my husband's food and mine where amazing my problem was with the old guy there I got a flat bread sandwich with which was the outlaw he told I could not toast my bread and would not let he would only let me warm my bread and luckily the young man who made my sandwich toast it for me

Don't put enough on the sub

I accidentally placed an order for two of the same subs instead of one online. I went into the restaurant before the sub was made and stopped the employees from making them both. (I was two stores down on the same shopping strip).They could not give me any information what so ever on how to get my money back for the other sub & shrugged their shoulders at me when I asked about a refund for the other sandwhich. This isn’t the first time that the employees at this location were unfriendly.

Went in there at 8:45 on 11.21.24. The male worker working the register was counting his drawer.he didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up the counter. I stepped up to order and a lady came from the back to take my order. The male finally lifted up his head and looked at me and shook his head with a look of annoyance on his face. I left the store. I refuse to give me money to such disrespectful people.

I placed an online order that my daughter picked up. The whole order was wrong. I ordered a turkey and ham on white bread toasted that was not toasted and had no turkey. Also ordered the Philly cheesesteak wrap with pepper jack cheese add tomato’s, lettuce, banana peppers, vinegar and chipotle sauce but the wrap was cold with only steak, peppers and onions. When I took it back, the older guy named Zack said that I didn’t order it that way and I showed him my receipt that was correct. After looking at my receipt, Zack said that the store employees do not get the same receipt that is given to the customer when online orders come through and the copy he got did not say to toast the sandwiches or add anything. If that were true then every online order would be returned for not being made correct. He would not show me the receipt he had to make my sandwiches, said he didn’t know where it was. I also ordered 2 cookies and they put the wrong kind in the bag. This Subway recently opened back up under new management but it’s not off to a very good start. I would NOT recommend this place!!!

2 females were very friendly kind and professional. One male named Ron was also making sandwiches and I saw him touch his face with the gloves while making sandwiches multiple times throughout my time being there, also was pretty rude to the other female workers. It’s a shame when having to be a customer around workers like this, it ruins the atmosphere and makes it akward. Thanks to the ladies for being able to handle someone with an attitude like that.

The girl was new, but should have known or been told by the seasoned worker to put her hair back or in a ponytail! If she had bent her head just an inch, her hair would have touched my bread. The seasoned worker made my sub just right, but I don't think we'll go back to that one. I liked the one in Newton, across from Walmart, better. More sanitary.

We recently visited Subway with my family, and I have to say, it was a very disappointing experience. First off, the lettuce was brown and wilted. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, I was met with a dismissive look, as if to say, "So what?" No apology, no offer to replace the lettuce—just indifference.
To make matters worse, we had a coupon we received in the mail last week that we planned to use, only to be told it was expired. This was frustrating enough, but then we noticed that someone behind us had a similar coupon that wasn’t expired. How is it that we get coupons we can’t use because they expire before we even receive them, while others have the updated ones?
We don't plan to return. New owners, same bad management!
