I have always loved Waffle House. There are several very good staff members. However, the quality of the food is inconsistent.

When you order smothered and covered you're supposed to get cheese and onions everybody knows that how in God's neighbor you going to forget to smother and cupboard and you going to charge me for it had two breakfast bowls supposed to have gravy on them neither one of them had gravy very disappointed because it was a to-go order and I didn't notice it didn't find out I was home

The cook needs to learn the menu. Ordered the new steak combo. Hash browns are supposed to come with onions and cheese. I ordered the steak medium and the onions well done. Steak was cooked to medium onions were completely raw even after the waitress told him well done. He didn't put the cheese on the hash browns either. Steak was 25% fat and grizzle but what can you expect from Waffle House? I like coming to this location because the WH in Hickory food had a bad taste, went there 3 or 4 times after work and was never satisfied. The WH in Newton tastes normal. Either way the food tasted good just didn't want to sit around for a recook. Night cook study up on your menu. 4/22

The place is regularly a decent place to go but they have a habit at times talking too much behind the counter and bringing your food one part at a time like bring your hash browns and eggs and toast but you'll have to wait for your sausage or grits and things like that that's very annoying most people want to eat all their food together not eating your sausage almost when you're halfway done this is something that they desperately need to work on and too much talking amongst each other about their personal lives

All-star breakfast didn't disappoint. Healthy portions! Cheesy scrambled eggs where amazing. Jenny has been there for 10 years and is definitely a professional! Perfect from start of the visit to finish. Everyone was so nice.
