I'm from the north and I was told you have to go to a waffle House. So I did. I wasn't disappointed. The service was really nice and the food was good at a good price. I see why it's so popular. I had a old school diner feel to it. Which was nice.

The food was excellent the service was so bad they were arguing with each other we had to ask for silverware after we got our food after 15 mins of needing a refill on our I drinks I had to find a different person to give us refills I will not go back to this waffle house

the food has always been amazing quality but the staff is honestly hit or miss at times.
the waitress today completely forgot about one of the waffles ordered ‘nd paid for, yet even after reminding her of said missing waffle she *still* failed to communicate that she needed another one as well as still never gave us the waffle especially when we had a to go order anyways as well so it literally could of been put in the bag but no. whats irking is the fact that it took nearly 6 minutes to get her attention to even let her know that we were missing food because she was to busy standing over the cash register talking with two other waitresses.
$50 including tip yet the staff is failing to serve the full meal even *after* being made aware of missing items.

Came in around 7 pm placed to go order, ended up requesting 2nd to go order as well. Sat at bar, so clearly I could see my food being cooked. so I let waitress Patricia know all of my food wasn’t on the grill in case there was a miscommunication. Had to repeat my order back to her 3 different times, as She rewrites tickets. Then she starts slamming her pen on the counter saying “today is not the day, we’re not doing this here” so I informed her I could go elsewhere. Still waited on my food ( hr total) almost $60 in cold food that still wasn’t correct when I got home. Mind you there was only single couple there already eating, and family that came in after me. So it wasn’t busy. If you can’t have a better attitude than that, give the job to someone that wants it! Rudest server ever, She needs to be fired. Will be filing a complaint

It was good, server was super cool, def great with people. I wish I could remember her name so she can get the recognition she deserves. She was mixed, mentioned she was going back to school. It was just her and a cool that also me toned it was his first day with his promotion to cook.
Everything was good my only complaint was the grill could have been cleaned a lot better for the amount of people and orders the were receiving (It was just us there at the time). The bacon was covered in the black grill cabon gunky stuff.

My husband and I eat breakfast there every weekend and the staff there are wonderful, pleasant, funny and so sweet. Plus, We have never had a bad meal.
christine is hands down the best server there. we’ve experienced other servers and they just aren’t as attentive or friendly! drinks always full and she has a great personality that’s meant for serving! the 2nd shift cook on the other hand…. he’s a trip. you can kind of tell something’s a little off but what’s waffle house without the chaos

I love all Waffle Houses. Period! But always wear a light jacket in if you are cold nature. They try to keep it cool because the grill is so hot! Just beware.

Me and my grandma went here and the workers were very rude didn't want to work at all they kept yelling at us and yelling at each other about how they wanted to go home or how they didn't want to do their jobs like sweeping food was ok her egg omelette she got was undercooked could see the yolk mine was good because I had a different cook who had to make my grandma's omelette again but the person at the table in front of us didn't get lucky he had burnt food they need to fire the second cook if they have to have two because the first one can't cook
