Horrible customer service. They say the one in Hickory is supposedly the “bad” Walmart but the people in the HICKORY store were pleasant. The people at this store are rude, no matter what department you go to. SMH

I don't go that often, but sometimes I have to get certain items. Just mad cause Walmart put sooo many business out of business ? and then they close stores that are needed and make you do self checkout. No not big fan of walmart.

Horrible just horrible me and my boyfriend went in to get groceries we grabbed so salads and for some reason they couldn’t sell it to us they were on the shelf a lot of people had got them cause there was only a couple of them left and it was closing time one of them said that they thought it might be a recall but didn’t even check on it to make sure it couldn’t have been a recall cause almost all of them were gone and those employees have been there for 8 hours and had no problem selling it to other customers they had no problem selling them a recall salad if it was a recall she just said we couldn’t buy them this was the worst experience ever ??

PLEASE PUT A SIGN UP TO LET SHOPPERS KNOW ABOUT THE "SPARK" CHECKOUT AISLE. We went yesterday and checked out in the "SPARK AISLE." The old lady let us go ahead, but she whined and huffed and puffed the whole time, rushing us. Making rude comments under her breath. I looked, and I never saw a sign saying employees only or anything like that. PLEASE OPEN MORE AISLES. What do I pay for Walmart+ for anyway?
Replaced bad windshield wipers for us, outside, in a snow shower. Helped with selection and installed as soon as we paid. Friendly and knowledgeable, so appreciated!
