I will always call this location my home wendys... but was slightly disappointed when I came thru just for frostys and the cashier still tried to charge me for the Jr's when I had 9 key tags. Training seems to have slipped a little since I was there with them.. still delicious food and friendly service. Just improper training.
I would give zero if I could. Went through the drive-thru and they made me pull forward to wait which is fine that happens sometimes. But they made my son's burger wrong three times in a row while I was stuck parked in the drive thru because there was nowhere to pull my car to at this location. I literally spent 20 minutes sitting in the drive-thru waiting on food and a correct Burger. By the time I got home, everything else in his order was cold. And I live less than a mile from this Wendy's. I understand that mistakes happen but it should not take creating a burger four times to get it correctly. Especially when it wasn't a super special request. I explained that I only wanted three items on the burger and they kept getting it wrong. I eventually had to literally stand in the drive thru lane in front of the window while they remade his burger multiple times. And we got home and the dipping sauce wasn't in his bag, either.
Please some more attention to details
How is this place still open? They make a decent frosty. Sometimes. That's about it.
I'm a dasher. Why tell us to come in the establishment if you never put the food on the blue mobile pickup stand? The minute we go through drive thru we got to come in....the minute we think we may need to come in the door is locked. SO CONFUSING AND AGGRAVATING! Also if you don't want people coming up to your counter grabbing food then put it where it belongs or just hand it to us through the drive thru. Before I grabbed a bag of food I checked the name and everything that is in the order before leaving. Make sure yall put stickers on the orders too for delivery drivers. Detail means everything.
Good food good value
The foods almost always good, depends on the employee(s) training and care, but often it's good. The only thing that sucks is if you order on their app, or through the drive through - they won't do a Coke Freestyle, when they can.

This dude is a racist ! IDK how he became a manager he is very rude and argumentive he needs to be replaced immediately! He stood at the window arguing with me for 30 mins max over a cold burger seems like he warmed it up in the microwave and gave it back to me the sandwich wasn't fresh at all.

Went thru the drive thru. They were quick and the food was really good!
They got our order wrong. We sat down and they fixed it. While we were eating literally everyone who came in and everyone who came through the drive through had the wrong order or they didn't get wht they ordered. People were nice but just don't have it together.
The chilli is great especially with cheese in it and i love their frosty.
I waited for my small order for about 1 hour
Who serves a bacon cheese burger with no tomato if the company is out of something they need to tell the customers before they buy something they do want so they can buy something else or if they do have and forgot to put it on the burger then they need to slow down a lil bit and stop trying to do to much at once
