I ordered through Uber Eats, you guys have ONE job and that job as a whole is Food Service. We not only had the wrong combo, we also had a Frosty instead of a Cold Brew Coffee, and our order of chili was missing.

Ordered a triple, two of the burgers were cooked. One of them was red raw had to throw that part out.
The other burger was a Carolina classic probably less than than a teaspoon of slaw, and the edges were burnt.

Young lady at the window was very impatient, acted like it was a bother when I gave her my phone to scan the app. She went to get change and a young man was handing us our bags, we asked for ketchup (Gasp) and he hands us 4 packs for 4 people and they were disgusting!!! All stuck together, we handed them back and asked nicely for different ones. They really need to learn some customer service skills if they are going to work with the public. We weren't rude or difficult at all.

This store has absolutely delicious food. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the lack of personality from the customer service/drive through employees. They are very bland and usually seem sad to be at work. If I could come through and be handed food by someone with a smile - I would easily change this to a 5 star review.

I pulled up to the drive through, and asked if they were serving the breakfast burrito. Mind you, I almost never go to Wendy’s, and some places are known to serve breakfast all day. The persons reply was “it’s 4 o’clock…”. It was 3:24. I heard that answer and drove off.
