Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It was a time I didn't really think that I cared for Zaxby's but I was completely wrong the chicken is Juicy all the time I even like their Fry's and the zax sauce

This is getting ridiculous the past three times I have went to this Zaxby’s I always order an eight piece boneless chicken meal one time they completely didn’t put it in the bag and gave me some other food, the second time the forgot my girlfriends strawberry bites, then tonight I ordered the same thing and my EIGHT PIECE WAS FIVE PIECES and one of our teas emptied into my cub holder all I can say is these people need to go to kindergarten if they can’t count to eight also if the drive through is fast don’t count on your orders being right I pay a lot of money to get my order messed up and I’m tired of it

The other day, my Pregnant Daughter wanted Zaxby’s at 10 o’clock in the morning. It says they open at 10 o’clock so we were in the drive-through at 10 o’clock to the speaker and the lady goes. Sorry we’re not open until 1030 or 11. Those numbers don’t sound like to me.😡😡

I drive there last night to pick up food for family. Get to drive thru at 5.30 on Saturday night. I am told “we are not talking orders in person. You have to order in line or through door dash”
The dumbest thought process I can remember.
So I am punished for trying to come buy instead of having delivered

Gave this zaxabys plenty of chances but after getting food poisoned from the raw chicken i had i wish i had just cooked at home. DO NOT EAT

It was our first time to Zaxby's. Everything we got was over cooked, dry and tough. Two bites into her sandwich my girlfriend stopped eating and asked to not suggest going there again.

I always enjoy eating here.

Never ever open in the inside! Can’t even go and sit down and eat! A lot of people turn away from this place because the inside is close! I’ll go down a couple of exits and go to the hickory one! Do better!

Response from management was predictable. Contact them at website to “correct” the issue. I think the problem was stated clearly enough. What do you do with a NASTY bathroom ? CLEAN IT.

Food was decent and compares to any other Zaxby’s. The place was a mess with trash on floor and drink area was nasty. The coke machine has stains and splashes all over it. The ice and water from separate machine didn’t work.
