my sister and i came around 10pm tonight, and everybody was extremely disrespectful and screaming profanity at each other. when we got our food they just kinda threw it at us, and shut the window on my face when i was trying to ask a simple question. will not be going back to this location, as somebody who also works in fast food, and customer service i don’t appreciate the way i was treated and talked to. i hope this is fixed immediately.

Falling behind, almost every soda was out. They were all out of sugar so no sweet tea. Beverage station looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all week. Order wasn’t correct. Food was cold, no dressing for my salad……Unfortunately this place looks like it’s run by teenagers so I’m not surprised. Other locations I been to have been better.

There was 4 of us who waited to place an order. The guy running the drive through said they were in the back. We all 4 went next door to Burger King.

I just left the Zaxby’s in Conover NC and this location needs immediate attention.
When we placed our order, we were told there was no fry seasoning. I decided to order anyway, but the problems continued from there. The drink station was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned all day. There was a large puddle of water beside the machine that no one had cleaned up. The drink machine also had no ice, so I had to go to the front counter to ask for ice.
When I went to get napkins, there were none available. After asking at the counter, an employee told me the store was completely out of napkins. I could not believe a restaurant was operating without napkins. I really don’t want greasy dirty fingers when I leave a food spot.
The grilled chicken sandwich I received was chewy and seemed undercooked, so I threw it away.
I have visited many Zaxby’s locations and never experienced anything like this. The Conover store needs serious management attention regarding cleanliness, food quality, and basic customer service. This experience reflects very poorly on the brand.

Most of the time the food is good. The last 3 times I’ve been here it’s took 15 minutes or more to get my food. It’s been really slow. I will probably go somewhere else for a while till they get the issue resolved. I like Zaby’s but it seems to take forever anymore.

Lobby closed at 8pm took around 30 min in line at drive through. Food prep was messy sauce all over buns for nibblets. Not very good experience

It was a time I didn't really think that I cared for Zaxby's but I was completely wrong the chicken is Juicy all the time I even like their Fry's and the zax sauce

This is getting ridiculous the past three times I have went to this Zaxby’s I always order an eight piece boneless chicken meal one time they completely didn’t put it in the bag and gave me some other food, the second time the forgot my girlfriends strawberry bites, then tonight I ordered the same thing and my EIGHT PIECE WAS FIVE PIECES and one of our teas emptied into my cub holder all I can say is these people need to go to kindergarten if they can’t count to eight also if the drive through is fast don’t count on your orders being right I pay a lot of money to get my order messed up and I’m tired of it
