Better Customer Service, the waitstaff and Bartender staff is great. The Karaoke guy and most of the patrons there are great too. I'm calling out that absolute jerk of an Owner whom just sits there and complains when no one is ordering his overpriced menu. Some people just don't drink, and go there to enjoy the Karaoke which has absolutely nothing to do with himself aside from the fact that he owns the establishment. Yet he seems to always make it about him. Good Luck further running the establishment with an attitude like that which clearly will drive customers. Let's face it, patrons don't go there to see ur smug.
