It took me 20 minutes to get up to the machine to order no response for 10 minutes so I left I could understand if you’re busy there was only six cars in the line and it was noon. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. This has happened before I will never go back to this location Absolutely horrible management to allow this

Unbelievably rude employees and crazy slow service. Waited forever in the drive thru along with the 2 cars in front of us who like us had to park and wait about 10 minutes as we were told we were waiting on our burgers but then when we got the burgers they were lukewarm …. Place is crap.

The place was drive-thru only, although they showed in store hours and should be open. Someone came to the door and said they had only two employees so they had to do drive-thru only. The service was fast enough and everyone was nice. They have a 99 cleanliness rating which is really great.
Waited 35 minutes at the drive through just to get my order. My change was not given properly. The bread to my hamburger was bad! Coke soda tasted like cherry coke. Will not be returning here. Customer service is rude .

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I went for a quick dinner and pulled up to the drive through at 8pm, only to be told they are closed. This seem to be a theme at this location. The dinning room is closed on a consistent basis and this location closes whenever it deems fit. The staff is extremely rude and honestly I can’t believe this location can remain open with how awful the customer service and how frequently they are closed.

3 years ago this was my review Food was cold burger had no condiments… ( Now Update 3/19/2025 i decided to give this BK another try and nothing is really changed this little slider that was supposed to be a rodeo burger was cold and barely any sauce 😱The ice cream cups have been reduced and barely had any in the cup. None of the workers at the front had no respect for the customers. I got a choice Burger King where to put my money and i won't be back🎯@burgerking
