This place should be shut down because it has poor customer service to not recommend anybody to go there.

It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get through a drive through but when it does, the food should at least be hot and fresh.... IT WAS! and the employees working the drive through were friendly and doing their best. Being short staffed sucks, it's the owners fault for not hiring enough employees and not paying the ones they have enough. You guys should UNIONIZE

Bad service the lady at the counter have Bad mood , if you doesn't want to work go back to your house , plus the food it's cold the only good thing they do in the kitchen is talking and laughing. I don't back anymore .

Nasty food they have attitudes I got a tea and my cup had a hair in it I told her I wasn't drinking that she gave me another one it had a hair in it to so I poured it out I will never go back
Short handed staff was keeping the doors open. Whopper was hot and tasty. Self service sodas were limited, many selections unavailable. Air temperature inside was too cold, almost uncommon

Walked in, didn't get greeted. Stood for a while until a man came up and said, I just cook, she will have to come take your order. No hello, nothing. Then I hear a woman say "What she want?'...Um to order...in a RESTAURANT. Another lady came and took our order, mumbled something at the end, I asked what she said nicely because I couldn't understand her and twice more she mumbled something that I couldn't hear nor understand, walks away, doesn't give me my total, goes to the drink machine and says, we don't have diet coke. I opted to pay because i assumed she was done with me. They barely had any drink flavors in either machine. I waited for a while - no food, sat down and no one called or seemingly brought out food so I went up and saw a bag sitting there. Then the cook comes up and gets a other part of our order, puts it in the bag then both he and the original 'what she want' lady say who's order is it?? WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE LOBBY! HORRIBLE. Common sense is gone and so is courtesy! This BK needs to close, clean, clean house, hire new people and get new management otherwise, they need to close it completely. What a waste!

I'd like to offer more details, but there wasn't anyone at the counter to order food from, so I left. They have a nice big parking lot with plenty of empty spaces.
